PUBLIC AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES

2. By joining this chat room, you confirm your agreement with the applicable rights and obligations regarding personal responsibility.

4. Potential or existing client of the company has the right to:

   4.1 Request information about the operation of the blockchain platform and receive answers from the administration (consultants).

   4.2 Discussion of news related to DecimalChain.

   4.3 Reporting technical problems and acting according to the instructions of the moderators.

5. Potential and existing clients of the company are strictly forbidden:

   5.1 Explain actions or respond to messages about problems from chat participants in the form of instructions or explanations, unless they are the administration.

   5.2 Insult, use obscene language, slander, provoke, boast or provide knowingly false information that could cause reputational or other damage to the company or chat members.

   5.3 Distribute referral links or recruit chat members to projects, even if they are based on DecimalChain.

   5.4 Discuss topics which are not related to the functionality of the DecimalChain platform.

   5.5 Publish materials from other channels and chats without approval of the administration.

   5.6 To address with personal messages to the consultants and administration chat in order to ask a question about the functionality of DecimalChain or report a problem with the platform without personal request from the administration or consultants.

6. In case of violation of the rules comes the personal responsibility in the form of blocking of the violator.
