PUBLIC AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES

2. By joining this chat, you confirm your agreement with the applicable rights and obligations regarding personal responsibility.

3. Support service is available via Bit.team personal account or via email: support@bit.team. Responses to user requests are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. A potential or existing customer of the company is entitled to:

  4.1 Request information about the functioning of the Bit.Team platform and receive answers from the administration (consultants).

  4.2 Discuss news related to Bit.Team.

  4.3 Report technical problems and act in accordance with the instructions of moderators.

5. Potential and existing customers of the company are strictly prohibited:

  5.1 Explain actions or respond to problem messages from chat members in the form of instructions or explanations, unless they are administration.

  5.2 Insult, use foul language, slander, libel, provoke, brag or provide knowingly false information that could cause reputational or other damage to the company or chat members.

  5.3 Distribute referral links or recruit chat members to other projects.

  5.4 Discuss topics that are not related to the functionality of the Bit.Team platform.

  5.5 Publish materials from other channels and chat rooms without approval from the administration.

  5.6 Contact consultants and chat administration with personal messages in order to ask a question about Bit.Team functionality or report a problem in the work of the platform without a personal request from the administration or consultants.

6. In case of violation of the rules, personal responsibility comes in the form of blocking the violator.

Note: Blocking can be done both manually and automatically. If you receive a blocking and do not agree with it or do not understand the reasons for the blocking, contact the administration of the chat room.
