🪷 WOMANIFEST

Womanifest is our monthly space for bringing stories, ideas, perspectives, and little things about womanhood that we, as admins, believe deserve to be seen and talked about. It can be about anything and thought, “more people should know about this.” As an admin, you’ll be the one coming up with ideas, researching the topic, developing the angle, and turning it into a weekly piece that feels meaningful and relevant to the Girlies. The workflow is basically find something worth sharing → research and develop the idea → write the content → review → publish, with one Womanifest released every month.

🦌 Dear Deer

Dear Deer is our monthly appreciation program for Girlies who have made a positive impact on the community through their creativity, kindness, loyalty, contributions, or simply the way they make the garden feel a little warmer. As an admin, you’ll be observing and collecting potential candidates throughout the month, reviewing them based on our criteria, discussing the selection with the team, and gathering the little details that make each Girlies worth celebratin.

🔮 Girlies Say Yes!

Girlies Say Yes! is our monthly space for curating brands, products, and little discoveries that we think Girlies might genuinely love or find useful. Each month, the admins will decide on a theme — whether it’s skincare, haircare, makeup, body care, lifestyle, or something else — then research and gather recommendations that fit it. You’ll help narrow everything down into a thoughtful shortlist, prepare the information and voting material, collect the Girlies’ votes, and eventually turn the results into the final monthly feature. The idea is not simply to tell people what to buy, but to discover things together! and let the community have a say, so the workflow is choose a theme → research → curate → prepare the vote → collect results → feature the Girlies’ picks.

⚠️ GIRLS AWARENESS

Awareness focuses on bringing important humanitarian and social issues beyond our own little circle into the GirlsFess community, with Palestine as one of its active priorities. Admins should proactively monitor reliable updates, curate educational materials, share relevant campaigns or ways to help, and amplify voices and initiatives that deserve wider attention. For Palestine, the team can regularly share updates and meaningful resources, then amplify them through @VoiceOfPalestina to help Girlies find a dedicated space for Palestine-related information and support their work there. The workflow is simple: monitor → research and verify → curate → create → publish → amplify and follow up, so Awareness stays active and responsive rather than only posting when a major event happens.
