PROCESS AND INRUSH INFORMATION

Inrush means paying for priority, where your order jumps the queue and is processed faster.

• Normal processing time: 2–14 working days (without inrush).

• Inrush is slot-based and only available if slots are open (1–3 slots per day). Inrush timing starts after payment and complete data are received.

• Inrush requests during the process may be asked, but are not always available. Availability depends on the current progress and open inrush slots.

• Inrush fees requested outside operational hours will be charged at twice the normal rate.

• Inrush is a priority service fee and is not based on the artwork price, therefore it may cost more than the artwork itself.

Inrush berarti membayar untuk diprioritaskan, di mana order kamu lompat antrean dan dikerjakan lebih cepat.

• Proses pengerjaan normal: 2–14 hari kerja (tanpa inrush).

• Inrush bersifat terbatas (slot-based) dan hanya tersedia jika slot masih kosong (1–3 slot per hari). Waktu inrush dihitung setelah pembayaran dan data lengkap diterima.

• Permintaan inrush di tengah proses dapat ditanyakan, namun tidak selalu tersedia. Ketersediaan inrush akan menyesuaikan progres pengerjaan dan slot yang tersedia.

• Inrush yang diminta di luar jam operasional akan dikenakan biaya dua kali lipat dari tarif normal.

• Inrush merupakan biaya layanan prioritas dan tidak bergantung pada harga artwork, sehingga dapat lebih tinggi dari harga karya.
