PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE KVITOK APP

IN SHORT

Kvitok collects no data about you. The app has no servers, no accounts, no
ads and no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your device and is
never sent anywhere.


1. WHAT YOU ENTER AND WHERE IT IS STORED

In the app you create utility-tracking data: names and addresses of your
places, meters, rates, readings, fixed costs, payment marks and,
optionally, photos of your meters.

All of it is stored locally only — in the app's protected folder on your
device. It is not sent to the developer, not uploaded to any server and
not available to third parties.


2. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

The app does not collect or transmit:

— your name, email, phone number or any other contact details;
— device or advertising identifiers;
— your location;
— usage history, statistics, analytics or crash reports;
— contacts, calendar, browsing history or any other data on your device.

There are no ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no third-party
analytics or marketing SDKs. No tracking in the sense of App Tracking
Transparency takes place: the app shows no tracking prompt because it does
not track.


3. CAMERA AND PHOTO ACCESS

The app asks for camera and photo library access only when you tap "Take a
photo" yourself: the shot serves as proof of your readings for the owner of
the flat. The photo is saved in the app's folder on your device.

The permission is optional. If you decline it, every other feature keeps
working.


4. WHEN YOU SHARE A RECEIPT

When you tap Share, the app renders the receipt as an image and as text and
hands them to the iOS share sheet. From there the data goes to the app you
choose yourself (a messenger, mail, notes) and is governed by that app's
privacy policy. The developer of Kvitok takes no part in that transfer and
does not see its contents.


5. BACKUPS AND EXPORT

You can save a single-file backup or export a CSV table. You choose where
it goes: Files, iCloud Drive, mail, a messenger or another app. The file is
created on your command and travels only where you send it.

Your app data may also be included in your iPhone's system backup (iCloud
or a computer) if you have one enabled. That is standard iOS behaviour and
such a backup is managed by Apple under Apple's own terms.


6. CHILDREN

The app is suitable for all ages (rated 4+) and collects no data from
anyone, children included.


7. DELETING YOUR DATA

You can delete individual months, meters, expenses or entire places inside
the app at any time. Removing the app from your device erases all of its
data and photos. There is no need — and no way — to ask us to delete your
data: we do not have it.


8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same
address with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be noted
in the app's release notes.
