TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY FOR SAIR APPLICATION

This document contains the Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) and the Privacy Policy of the SAIR mobile application (the "Application"). By creating an account, signing in or using the Application, you agree to both parts. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
PART I. TERMS OF USE (EULA)
1. ACCOUNTS
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
2. USER CONTENT
The Application lets users and tour companies post content, including chat messages, photos, stories and reviews ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you post and confirm that you have the right to post it.
3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT AND ABUSIVE USERS
SAIR has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post or send content that:
- is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, bullying or threatening;
- is sexually explicit, pornographic or exploits minors;
- promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism or any illegal activity;
- is spam, a scam, fraud or impersonation;
- violates anyone's privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
Offensive words are filtered automatically. Users who post objectionable content or behave abusively will have that content removed and their account suspended or permanently terminated, without prior notice.
4. REPORTING AND BLOCKING
You can report any message, story, user or tour company from within the Application, and you can block any user or tour company. Blocking immediately removes the blocked party's content from your view and prevents them from contacting you. Every report and every block is sent to the SAIR moderation team.
5. MODERATION
We review all reports within 24 hours. When content violates these Terms, we remove it and eject the user who posted it. We may also remove any content or suspend any account at our discretion to keep the Application safe.
6. TOURS AND TOUR COMPANIES
Tours are offered by independent tour companies. Each tour company is responsible for its own offers, prices and services.
7. TERMINATION
You may delete your account at any time in the Application settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms.
8. DISCLAIMER
The Application is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SAIR is not liable for User Content or for the actions of users and tour companies.
PART II. PRIVACY POLICY
This part describes how SAIR collects, uses, stores and protects information of users of the Application.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal Information
- First and last name;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Profile photo, if you choose to upload one;
- Information you provide when contacting support.
Application Activity
- Tours, destinations, travel offers and providers you view or search for;
- Offers you save;
- Messages you send through the Application;
- Reports you submit and users or tour companies you block;
- Information related to your profile and use of Application features.
Photos and Videos
Where a feature allows you to choose or upload a photo or video, the Application processes only the media you deliberately select or upload. We do not access or upload your media without your action and, where required, your permission.
Technical Information
We may automatically collect:
- Device model and operating system;
- Device and application identifiers;
- IP address;
- Application version;
- Crash reports, diagnostics and error information;
- Basic usage and interaction information.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use collected information to:
- register, authenticate and manage user accounts;
- provide tour discovery, search, saved offers, profile and messaging features;
- display and process content you choose to upload or send;
- review reports, enforce these Terms and protect users from abuse;
- communicate with users about support and service-related matters;
- improve Application quality, performance and security;
- prevent fraud, misuse and violations of our rules; and
- comply with applicable legal requirements.
3. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
To operate the Application, we may share limited information with the following categories of recipients:
- Hosting, cloud storage and infrastructure providers;
- Authentication and communications providers;
- Analytics and diagnostic providers, including Google Firebase Analytics and Microsoft Clarity;
- Government authorities where required by applicable law.
Information is shared only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose. We do not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction.
Information is retained only for the period necessary to provide the Application, fulfill contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with applicable law.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- request information about your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your account and related personal data;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and applicable law permits it; and
- contact us with questions about the processing of personal data.
6. ACCOUNT DELETION
You can delete your account in the Application: Profile → Delete account. You can also email caidcode@gmail.com with the subject line "SAIR Account Deletion" from the email address associated with your account. Please include your registered phone number, if available, to help us verify the request.
After processing a verified request, personal data will be deleted or de-identified within 30 days, except where retention is required or permitted by law or is necessary for security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Application may use third-party services to provide individual functions, including:
- Cloud and hosting services;
- Analytics services;
- Error and performance monitoring services; and
- Authentication and communications services.
The use of these services is also governed by the privacy policies of their respective providers.
PART III. GENERAL
1. CHANGES
We may update this document from time to time. The updated version will be published at the same public URL and takes effect on publication. The "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Continuing to use the Application after an update means you accept the updated document.
