PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Crazy Time: Clock Runner ("the App", "we", "us") handles information about you when you install and play the App on your Android device. By installing or using the App you agree to the practices described below.

The App is developed and operated by Jurayev Shahobiddin (the "Developer"). The App is distributed through Google Play.

If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please uninstall the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information stored on your device

The App stores the following data locally on your device. This information never leaves your phone and is removed automatically when you uninstall the App:

- Game progress, including best distance and collected items

- Game settings such as sound, vibration, selected difficulty, level and tilt-controls preference

- Adaptive graphics quality preset (selected automatically based on your device's GPU)

We do not transmit, sync, back up or share this information.

2.2 Identifiers and technical data

To attribute and measure advertising campaigns that may have led you to install the App, to serve in-app advertising, to adapt the in-game visuals to your device's capabilities, and to enable optional sensor-aware settings, the App reads the following data points. Items marked (transmitted) are forwarded to our third-party providers (AppsFlyer for install attribution, Unity Ads for ad serving) as part of their standard SDK integration.

- Google Advertising ID (AAID) (transmitted). An anonymous, resettable identifier exposed by the Android operating system. It is used to attribute your install to the marketing campaign that brought you to the store listing, to measure campaign performance, and to enable frequency-capped ad serving.

- Install Referrer (transmitted). Standard Android install-referrer string describing how the install was initiated.

- Coarse network and device information (transmitted to ad provider). IP address, device model, OS version and approximate geographic region (country level), collected automatically by the Unity Ads SDK as part of every ad request, used for ad relevance and fraud prevention.

- Graphics capabilities. A short capability survey of your device's OpenGL ES driver — the renderer name (e.g. "Adreno 730", "Mali-G78"), the driver vendor and version string, the maximum supported texture size and viewport dimensions, and whether the modern hardware-accelerated texture-compression formats (ASTC, ETC2) are available. Used locally to pick the appropriate adaptive graphics-quality preset (low/medium/high — particle count, motion-blur). Never leaves your device.

- Tilt-sensor presence (only the answer to "is a tilt sensor / gyroscope present" — yes/no). Used locally to decide whether to expose the "Tilt controls" option in the in-game Settings sheet. On devices without a tilt sensor (Wi-Fi-only tablets, devices that do not ship with one) the tilt-controls option is greyed out. The yes/no answer never leaves your device.

- Device locale (BCP-47 language tag, e.g. "en-US"). Used to localise menu strings and to format numbers and dates.

The App does not collect:

- Your name, email address, phone number or postal address

- Contact list, calendar entries, SMS, call logs, photos, videos or files

- Precise geolocation (beyond country-level region inferred from IP by our partners themselves)

- Microphone or camera input

- Browsing history outside the App

- Health, financial, biometric or political data

- SIM card information, IMEI, MAC address or any other persistent hardware identifier

- Continuous accelerometer or gyroscope readings (only the yes/no presence answer described above)

We do not knowingly combine the identifiers above with any personally identifiable information about you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described in Section 2.2 for the following purposes:

- Install attribution: determining which marketing campaign, ad placement or referral introduced you to the App.

- Campaign analytics: aggregated reporting on the performance of our advertising spend (total installs, retention, country breakdowns).

- Fraud prevention: detecting and rejecting fraudulent installs (click injection, install farms) on our analytics partner's side.

- Ad serving and frequency capping: showing banner, interstitial and rewarded-video advertisements through the Unity Ads SDK, and limiting how often the same ad is shown to the same user.

- Adaptive graphics quality: selecting particle density, motion-blur and other rendering settings appropriate for your device's GPU so the game runs smoothly and within your device's thermal envelope.

- Optional tilt controls: enabling the "Tilt controls" toggle in the Settings sheet only when your device has a tilt sensor capable of supporting it.

- Localisation: translating menu strings and formatting numbers, dates and currencies according to the device locale.

We do not use this data to build advertising profiles about you ourselves. We do not sell the data.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

4.1 AppsFlyer

AppsFlyer Ltd. is our install-attribution and campaign-analytics provider. Data shared with AppsFlyer is processed under the AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy available at appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy/

AppsFlyer acts as our data processor and is contractually bound to use the data only for the purposes listed in Section 3.

4.2 Unity Ads

Unity Ads, operated by Unity Software Inc., serves the banner, interstitial and rewarded-video advertisements you see inside the App. When an ad is requested, the Unity Ads SDK forwards your Google Advertising ID, IP address, device model, OS version, and approximate region to Unity's ad servers so an appropriately matched ad can be returned. Unity's collection and use of that data is governed by the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy

You can limit ad personalisation at any time by resetting or opting out of your Advertising ID (see Section 7).

4.3 Limits on sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share your data with social networks, data brokers, or advertising networks other than Unity Ads.

We may disclose information if compelled by a valid legal order from a court of competent jurisdiction. In that case we will notify you unless legally prohibited from doing so.

5. Data Retention

- Local data (Section 2.1) is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage.

- Attribution data (Section 2.2) is retained by AppsFlyer for the periods described in their privacy policy (typically up to 24 months for non-aggregated event records).

- Ad-serving data is retained by Unity Ads for the periods described in their privacy policy.

- Aggregated, non-identifying campaign reports may be retained indefinitely.

- Technical data read on-device (graphics capabilities, tilt-sensor presence) is processed in memory only and is not persisted between game sessions, except for the resulting graphics-quality preset which is cached as a Game setting (Section 2.1).

6. Children's Privacy

The App is rated for users aged 13 and above and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us at the address in Section 11 and we will delete the relevant records.

The App is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families program.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following options to control the limited data the App collects:

- Reset or limit your Advertising ID. Open Android Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Google > Ads on some devices) and choose "Reset advertising ID", "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation". Once opted out, the AAID transmitted by the App will be replaced by a string of zeroes and the ads shown will no longer be personalised.

- Uninstall the App. Removing the App from your device deletes all locally stored data (Section 2.1) and stops any further transmission of identifiers.

- Request access, correction or deletion. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, California, Brazil or any other jurisdiction that grants such rights, you may write to us at the address in Section 11 to request a copy of the data we hold about you, request corrections or request deletion. We will respond within 30 days. Note that because we collect anonymous identifiers, we may need additional information (such as your AAID at the time of install) to locate your records.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the legal basis for our processing of attribution and ad-serving data is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our marketing campaigns and in monetising the App (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR).

8. International Data Transfers

AppsFlyer and Unity Ads operate servers in the United States, Europe and other regions. By using the App you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your country of residence, including countries whose data-protection laws differ from those in your country. Where required, such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Security

We rely on the security practices of our partners (AppsFlyer and Unity Ads) and on Android platform security features. All network traffic between the App and our partners is encrypted with TLS. However, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the App's release notes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Contact

For any privacy question, opt-out request or data-subject request, contact the Developer at:

We aim to reply within 30 days.
