This Privacy Policy explains how the "ParkTickets" mobile application
("the App", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when
you use it. Please read it carefully. By using the App, you agree to the
practices described below.

1. WHO WE ARE

The App is an independent guide to theme parks that also lets you open the
official ticket-purchase pages of those parks in an in-app browser. Park
names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not
affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of the parks featured in
the App.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect
your name, e-mail address, or payment details inside the App itself.
We use third-party services that automatically collect certain technical and
usage information when you use the App, which may include:
- Device and system information (device model, operating-system version,
language, time zone, screen size).
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (not precise GPS).
- Mobile and advertising identifiers, and a unique installation identifier.
- App usage and interaction data (screens viewed, taps, gestures, session
length, features used, in-app events such as opening a ticket page).
- Diagnostic data (crashes, performance, and stability information).
- Push-notification token, if you enable notifications.
We do not collect the content you enter on a park's ticket website. Those
pages are operated by the parks or their payment providers and are subject to
their own privacy policies.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WE USE

The App integrates the following third-party SDKs, which process the data
described above on our behalf or as independent controllers:
- Google Firebase (Firebase Analytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging),
provided by Google. Used for product analytics and push notifications.

- AppsFlyer. Used for mobile attribution and marketing measurement
(understanding how users find and install the App).

- UXCam. Used for product and user-experience analytics, including
aggregated interaction data and, where enabled, anonymized session
analytics.

These providers may store and process data on servers located outside your
country of residence.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- Understand how the App is used and which content is most useful.
- Measure the performance of our marketing and how users discover the App.
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
- Send push notifications about relevant updates and offers, if you have
allowed them.
5. LEGAL BASES (EEA / UK USERS)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on:
- Your consent, for analytics, attribution, and push notifications where
consent is required (you may withdraw it at any time).
- Our legitimate interests, in operating, securing, and improving the App
and understanding its performance.
6. TICKET PURCHASES

When you choose to buy a ticket, the App opens the relevant park's official
ticket page in an in-app web browser. Any purchase, payment, and personal
data you enter there are handled by that park or its payment provider under
their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store your payment
card details. Digital tickets shown in the App's "Tickets" section are stored
only on your device.
7. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

If you allow notifications, we may send you information about your tickets and
promotional offers. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device
Settings.
8. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the
third-party service providers listed in Section 3, and where required by law,
legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
9. DATA RETENTION

We and our service providers retain information only for as long as necessary
for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or
anonymized in accordance with the providers' retention practices.
10. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct,
delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to
processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Users in California
have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete
personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising those
rights.

11. ADVERTISING IDENTIFIER AND TRACKING

Some of our providers may use a device advertising identifier. Where required
by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, the App will ask for your
permission before any such tracking takes place, and you can change this
choice at any time in your device Settings under Privacy & Security >
Tracking.
12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has
provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
13. DATA SECURITY

We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational
measures, including encryption in transit, to protect information. However,
no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
14. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than
your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such
transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European
Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective
when the updated policy is published, and the "Last updated" date above will
be revised accordingly.
