This Privacy Policy explains how PlayForge LuckyDash ("we", "us", "the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you install or use the mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this document.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information stored on your device
The App saves game progress locally on your device, including:
- virtual coin balance;
- current level and completed progress;
- bonus inventory (drill, magnet, hammer, rewind);
- daily bonus claim time;
- audio, music, and vibration settings.
This data is stored using local device storage (SharedPreferences) and is not linked to a user account unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Automatically collected information
We may collect technical and usage information through analytics and advertising partners, such as:
- device type, operating system version, and app version;
- session activity and in-app events (game start, win, loss, settings opened, bonus use, ad views);
- advertising interaction data related to rewarded videos.
Analytics are provided by AppMetrica (Yandex). Rewarded advertisements are delivered through the StartApp SDK. These partners may collect identifiers and usage data according to their own privacy policies.
2.3 Information we do not collect
The App does not require registration, email, phone number, or payment card details. We do not knowingly collect personal identity documents.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use collected information to:
- operate and improve gameplay features;
- save your progress and preferences;
- display rewarded advertisements;
- measure performance, stability, and user engagement;
- prevent abuse and maintain fair play.
4. ADVERTISING
The App contains optional rewarded video advertisements. You may choose to watch ads to receive in-game rewards such as bonus items or enhanced level payouts. Ads are provided by third-party networks. We do not control all data practices of ad partners and recommend reviewing their policies.
5. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only with:
- analytics providers (AppMetrica);
- advertising partners (StartApp SDK);
- service providers that help us operate the App;
- authorities when required by applicable law.
6. DATA RETENTION
Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or use the Reset Progress function. Analytics and ad-related data are retained according to the policies of our partners.
7. CHILDREN AND AGE REQUIREMENT
The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. You can:
- reset local progress inside the App;
- uninstall the App to remove locally stored data;
- limit ad tracking through your device system settings where available.
9. SECURITY
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by our analytics and advertising partners.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
