PRIVACY POLICY

1. Overview


Creative Breeze respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Creative Breeze iOS app processes, why it is used, which services may receive it, and how you can manage your data.

Creative Breeze does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email, password, or social login to use the app.


2. Data the App Processes


Creative Breeze may process the following categories of data:

anonymous Supabase user ID, session token, and technical session data required for backend access;

subscription status, purchase history, subscription product ID, transaction ID, and Breeze+ access level processed through Apple and Adapty;

an anonymous Adapty profile identifier used to connect subscription status with the anonymous Supabase user ID;

favorites, including product IDs and locally stored product metadata;

download history, including product ID, download type, download date, and product title;

search history, if you use search in the app;

download and like events, including product ID, event type, date or time, and anonymous user ID;

product feedback that you voluntarily submit through the in-app feedback form, including the message text you enter, the product ID being reviewed, device model, operating system version, app version, and locale. This feedback is submitted without your anonymous user ID attached and is not linked to your identity;

locally cached files, previews, media, download metadata, and download queue state;

app settings such as language, appearance, and local preferences;

technical request data that servers and providers may receive automatically, such as IP address, request time, endpoint, status code, and standard server logs;

your email address and message content if you voluntarily contact support via email. Emails are composed and sent through your own device's mail client; the app itself does not collect or transmit your email address.

The app does not collect your name, address, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or payment card details. Creative Breeze does not use data for third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or data brokers.


3. How We Use Data


We use data to provide app functionality, display the catalog, check Breeze+ access, deliver downloads, generate signed URLs, restore purchases, sync subscription status, save favorites, save download history, save search history, apply download limits, prevent abuse, calculate aggregated product popularity, diagnose errors, maintain backend security, process voluntary user feedback, and provide support.


4. Anonymous Supabase Session


Creative Breeze uses Supabase anonymous sign-in. This creates a technical anonymous user ID and access token, but does not require an email address, password, or social login.

This anonymous user ID is used for backend requests, signed downloads, download limits, like/download tracking, and access checks. If you delete the app, change devices, or clear session data, access to the same anonymous user ID may be lost, and previously associated state may no longer be retrievable.


5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Adapty


Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

The app uses Adapty to manage the paywall, check subscription status, manage access levels, and connect purchase status with the anonymous Supabase user ID. Adapty receives the anonymous Supabase user ID, subscription transactions, and related purchase metadata. Adapty's processing is governed by Adapty's own privacy policy.


6. In-App Product Feedback


Creative Breeze offers an optional in-app feedback form where you may submit a short message about a specific product. When you submit feedback, the app sends the message text, the product ID, your device model, operating system version, app version, and locale to our backend. The feedback is stored without your anonymous user ID, is not linked to your identity, and is used only to improve the catalog and product quality.


7. iCloud Sync and Local Storage


Creative Breeze stores some data locally on your device, including cached files, preview cache, favorites, download metadata, search history, and app settings.

Creative Breeze may use Apple iCloud Key-Value Store to sync selected app data between your Apple devices. This may include favorite product IDs, download history, search history, and related app state.

To restore or sync this data, you must have iCloud enabled, be signed in with the same Apple ID, and allow iCloud sync to function for Creative Breeze.

If iCloud is disabled, unavailable, restricted, misconfigured, or used with a different Apple ID, your data may not sync and may not be recoverable after deleting the app, reinstalling it, or changing devices.

iCloud sync is provided by Apple and depends on your Apple ID, device settings, iCloud availability, and Apple's systems. Creative Breeze does not control Apple iCloud infrastructure and cannot guarantee successful restoration or synchronization.


8. Third-Party Services


Creative Breeze uses:

Apple App Store and StoreKit (for purchases, subscriptions, and billing);

Apple iCloud Key-Value Store (for optional cross-device sync);

Adapty (for subscription status, paywall, and access level management);

Supabase (for backend APIs, anonymous sessions, storage access, signed download delivery, likes and downloads tracking, and product feedback storage);

your own device mail client, if you voluntarily contact support by email.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share data with third-party advertising networks, attribution services, or cross-app trackers.


9. Retention and Deletion


Local data stays on your device while you use the app or until you delete it through available app features, automatic cache cleanup, content removal, or by deleting the app.

Cached files and downloads may be removed from the app or device if content is deleted, removed from service, expired, unavailable, or no longer accessible under the app's current rules.

Data synced through iCloud is managed by Apple iCloud and your Apple ID. Its availability depends on your iCloud settings.

Backend data such as anonymous user ID, likes, download events, feedback messages, and download limit records may be retained as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security, calculate product popularity, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.


10. Your Rights


Depending on your jurisdiction, including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to:

request access to the data associated with your anonymous user ID;

request correction or deletion of that data;

object to or restrict certain processing;

request portability of your data;

withdraw consent for any processing based on consent.

Because Creative Breeze does not collect names, emails, or account credentials, we identify requests through the anonymous Supabase user ID associated with your device session. To make a request, contact support@procreativebreeze.com and provide sufficient information for us to locate the relevant data.

We do not sell or "share" personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA.


11. Security


We use standard technical measures such as HTTPS/TLS, Supabase Auth, row-level security, signed URLs, server-side subscription verification, and access controls for protected files. However, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.


12. Children


Creative Breeze is intended for users who meet the applicable age rating in the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact support@procreativebreeze.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.


13. International Transfers


Our backend services, including Supabase, Adapty, and Apple, may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. By using Creative Breeze, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in such countries in accordance with the privacy practices of the respective service providers.


14. Changes


We may update this document from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted in the app or on our website. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
