1. Our Position on Privacy

WildSpin was built with a single guiding rule: take nothing, store nothing, share nothing. The app is a self-contained entertainment product that runs entirely on your device. It does not reach out to the internet, does not ask for permissions, and does not keep records of anything you do.

This document explains that position in full.

2. Information We Do Not Gather

WildSpin does not collect any information — personal, technical, or behavioral. Specifically, we never obtain:

• Your identity details (name, email, phone number, address);
• Your device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, Android ID, advertising ID);
• Your location, from GPS or any other source;
• Your media or files (photos, videos, documents, storage contents);
• Your contacts, call history, or messages;
• Your activity inside the app (taps, screens, session length, feature use);
• Your technical diagnostics (crash reports, error logs, performance data);
• Any text, numbers, or selections you enter.

There is no mechanism in WildSpin that captures this information. It simply does not exist in the code.

3. No Network Activity

WildSpin functions without an internet connection. The app:

• Never opens a network socket;
• Never sends or receives data packets;
• Never performs background sync;
• Never requests network permissions;
• Never communicates with external servers or APIs.

All content is bundled inside the application package. Nothing is downloaded, and nothing is uploaded.

4. No Third-Party Components

WildSpin includes no external SDKs or libraries that could collect data. The app contains:

• No analytics engines;
• No advertising networks;
• No crash reporting services;
• No social media plugins;
• No push notification frameworks;
• No remote configuration tools.

Every component of WildSpin is either written by us or sourced from libraries with no data collection behavior.

5. Permissions

WildSpin requests zero permissions. It does not access:

• Storage or external files;
• Camera or microphone;
• Location services;
• Contacts or calendar;
• Network or connectivity;
• Device state or system identifiers.

Because the app asks for nothing, it can access nothing. This is a deliberate design choice.

6. Children and Families

WildSpin is appropriate for all ages. The app contains no content unsuitable for children, and because no personal data is processed, no parental consent is required under COPPA, GDPR-K, or similar regulations. Parents can allow children to use WildSpin without privacy concerns.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Under laws such as GDPR and CCPA, you have rights over your personal data. Because WildSpin processes no personal data, every one of those rights is already satisfied:

• Right to know — there is nothing to disclose;
• Right to access — there is nothing to show;
• Right to correct — there is nothing to fix;
• Right to delete — there is nothing to remove;
• Right to port — there is nothing to export;
• Right to opt out — there is no processing to stop.

You do not need to file a request or take any action.

WildSpin satisfies all major privacy frameworks automatically, because it performs no data processing:

9. Security

Even without user data, we maintain secure development practices. WildSpin is signed with a protected certificate, follows industry mobile security guidance, and is reviewed before each release. With no network access and no permissions, the attack surface is minimal.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this policy occasionally. If we do, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of WildSpin after an update means you accept the revised policy.
