1. A Note From Us

Hi there. Thanks for checking out ReelPop. Before you dive in, we want to tell you something important: we don't collect your data. Not a little bit. Not for any reason. Not now, not ever. We built ReelPop to be fun, simple, and completely private. This policy is our promise to you that we mean what we say.

2. What We Don't Ask For

When you use ReelPop, we never ask for anything personal. We don't want to know your name, your email, your phone number, or where you live. We don't need to know what device you're using, where you're located, or what else is on your phone. We don't track what you do in the app, how long you play, or which features you use. We don't record crashes or errors. We don't store anything you tap or type.

In short: we don't ask, we don't know, and we don't keep.

3. How ReelPop Works

ReelPop is a self-contained arcade game. Everything it needs to run — all the graphics, sounds, and logic — is stored right inside the app when you download it. The app doesn't connect to the internet, doesn't send signals to any servers, and doesn't have any background processes quietly working in the shadows. It just sits on your phone, waiting for you to play. When you close it, it stops. No data leaves your device. Ever.

4. No Outside Influence

We've kept ReelPop clean of any third-party baggage. There are no analytics tools watching your every move. No advertising networks trying to build a profile of you. No crash reporters sending diagnostic information to unknown servers. No social media buttons that could connect your gaming habits to your identity. Nothing.

ReelPop is just you, your phone, and a game. That's it.

5. Permissions? None.

ReelPop doesn't need any permissions. It doesn't ask to see your photos, access your camera, listen through your microphone, track your location, read your contacts, or connect to the internet. It doesn't even ask to keep your device awake. The app runs with the bare minimum it needs to show you colorful graphics and respond to your taps.

No permissions means no access. No access means no risk.

6. For Kids and Families

ReelPop is a game for everyone. There's nothing in it that would be inappropriate for children, and there's no data collection that could put their privacy at risk. Under COPPA and similar laws, no parental consent is needed because there's nothing to consent to. Parents can hand their phone to a child and not worry about what's being collected or shared.

7. Your Rights, Already Respected

Privacy laws give you rights over your information. Since we don't have any of your information, those rights are already taken care of. You don't need to email us asking to see your data — there's nothing to see. You don't need to ask us to delete it — there's nothing to delete. You don't need to request a copy — there's nothing to copy. Your rights are built into the design of ReelPop from the very beginning.

8. Legal Stuff, Made Simple

ReelPop meets all the legal requirements of privacy regulations around the world — GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California, PIPEDA in Canada, LGPD in Brazil, and others. Because we don't process personal data, we don't need to ask for consent, we don't need to appoint a data protection officer, and we don't need to conduct impact assessments. The law is satisfied simply because there's nothing to regulate.

9. Keeping Things Safe

Even though we don't have your data, we still care about the security of ReelPop. We sign the app with a secure certificate, we follow best practices for mobile development, and we regularly check for any potential issues. With no network access and no permissions, there's not much that could go wrong anyway — but we take it seriously just the same.

10. Changes to This Policy

We might update this policy occasionally, but since we don't collect data, the changes will probably be small — just clarifications or improvements to the language. If we do make a change, we'll update the "Date" at the top of this document. We recommend checking back now and then, but don't worry — we're not going to suddenly start collecting your data. That's not who we are.
