PRIVACY POLICY — PEARL QUEST

Pearl Quest is an offline quiz game. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the app.

1. LOCAL GAME DATA

Pearl Quest stores game progress, unlocked stages, stars, XP and coin totals locally on your device. This information is used only to provide game features. The developer does not receive this locally stored progress.

2. ADVERTISING

The app uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance data. Their processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy and advertising policies:

Rewarded advertisements are initiated by the player. A reward is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms completion. The core quiz remains playable without watching rewarded advertisements.

3. CHILDREN AND FAMILIES

Pearl Quest does not knowingly ask users to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location or other directly identifying information. Store age targeting and AdMob content settings must be configured accurately by the publisher before release. If the app is directed to children, the publisher must enable all applicable child-directed and families policy controls in AdMob and Google Play Console.

4. DATA SHARING

The developer does not sell personal information. Advertising and technical data may be processed by Google and its service providers as described above.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Local game data remains on the device until the app’s storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Advertising data retention is controlled by Google under its own policies.

6. SECURITY

Reasonable platform safeguards are used, but no electronic processing method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. CHANGES

This policy may be updated when the app, advertising configuration or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.

PUBLISHER CHECKLIST

Before publishing, host this policy on a public, non-editable web page and enter that URL in Google Play Console and inside the app if required. Complete Google Play’s Data safety form based on the final AdMob configuration and SDK behaviour. Configure consent collection for applicable regions using Google’s User Messaging Platform. This checklist is publisher guidance and is not part of the consumer-facing policy.
