Primitive Pentecostals view the letter of 2 Corinthians as an expression of God’s glory and as a reminder for all believers to embrace the power of the Holy Spirit and to rely on that power to overcome in life and in times of difficulty. In addition to serving as a reminder of the power of the Holy Spirit, the letter of 2 Corinthians also serves to remind believers of the grace of God. It is a reminder that in our fallen state we are all sinners but God’s grace is available to us through Jesus Christ. In the same way, it serves as a reminder that even in our greatest darkness that God never abandons us.

Through the power of the Holy Spirit and the guidance of scripture, Primitive Pentecostals believe that we can able to experience a renewed sense of joy and purpose in life and that we can access the power of the Spirit to seek out and enjoy the glory of God.
