✅ Qualifications

• Analytical set of mind. Strategic and tactical thinking
• Be a creative person with the desire to experiment
• Strong English is must have (both written and spoken). Basic knowledge of German or French will be helpful
• Soft skills
• Following the latest marketing trends
• Detail-oriented, highly-motivated and a self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Experience in managing Facebook and Google Ads advertising campaigns
• Experience in Social Media Management (SMM)

💪 Responsibilities

• Create unique ads for Facebook and Instagram
• Create visuals (cooperating with LaMetric’s designer) that drives both a high CTR and a high conversion rate
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Amazon Marketing Services
• Set up and manage tracking on every marketing initiative to ensure ROI-positive result
• Conduct keyword research and create lists of targeted search terms
• Monitor and report on the performance of advertising weekly
• Constantly research and educate yourself about best PPC practices and trends
• Monthly create a plan of the posts and stories for Instagram and Facebookpages (SMM)
