PGL event in Astana was organized by an Individual Entrepreneur from the Chelyabinsk region of russia.

According to documents received from a PGL employee, Anton Pavlovich Maslov, an Individual Entrepreneur (Tax Number 744724136382), was the official organizer and ticket seller for the event. Mr Maslov is registered with the Federal Tax Service for the Chelyabinsk Region.

Tickets were sold through the russian online platform ‘Yandex.Afisha’. This choice was due to restrictions on the operations of international payment systems in the russian federation, which allowed the use of local payment instruments for payment. PGL itself placed links to this site for buying tickets on its social media accounts.

Judging by this, each ticket sold was subject to income tax contributions to the budget of the russian federation. These funds are being used to finance the military actions conducted by russia in Ukraine.

PGL did not provide comments on this situation when asked about it.
