PERSONALIZATION OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE STATE CRIMINAL GROUP CORONA 🤴 21

The Gates Foundation's practice of distributing dangerous drugs to the health systems of the global South is not limited to vaccines. It also helps spread long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs).

           Melinda Gates

https://www.ted.com/talks/melinda_gates_let_s_put_birth_control_back_on_the_agenda?language=en

often refers to LARC https://www.gatesfoundation.org/What-We-Do/Global-Development/Family-

Planning as a way to empower women from poor countries and give them more control over their lives. However, some of these LARCs have had adverse effects, and the distribution of products without informed consent does not give women the opportunity for self-determination.

One example is Norplant, a contraceptive implant manufactured by Schering (now Bayer) that can prevent pregnancies for up to five years. It was withdrawn from the U.S. market in 2002 after more than 50,000 women filed lawsuits against the company and the doctors who prescribed it. 70 of these class action lawsuits concerned side effects,

https://web.archive.org/web/20030418181912/https://www.cbc.ca/consumers/market/files/health/medical_devices/lawsuits.html

such as depression, severe nausea, hair loss on the scalp, ovarian cysts, migraines and excessive bleeding.

A website dedicated to human development called Degrees, funded by the Gates Foundation,

https://www.gatesfoundation.org/How-We-Work/Quick-Links/Grants-Database/Grants/2018/12/OPP1200867

claims that Norplant "has never been in great demand around the world" because its insertion and removal "proved cumbersome."

Slightly modified and renamed Jadelle, the dangerous drug was promoted in Africa.

https://pdf.usaid.gov/pdf_docs/PA00K414.pdf

The Gates Foundation is with USAID and EngenderHealth. EngenderHealth's original mission, formerly called the Sterilization League to Improve Human Health, inspired by the racist pseudoscientism of eugenics, was to "improve the biological makeup of humanity."

https://web.archive.org/web/20111005105328/https://discover.lib.umn.edu/cgi/f/findaid/findaid-idx?c=umfa;cc=umfa;q1=Association%20for%20Voluntary%20Sterilization%20Records;rgn=main;view=text;didno=SW0015

Jadelle is not approved by the FDA for use in the U.S. There's also Pfizer's Depo-Provera, an injectable contraceptive used in several countries in Africa and Asia. The Gates Foundation and USAID collaborated again,

https://partnerships.usaid.gov/partnership/global-introduction-sayana-press

to finance the distribution of the drug and implement it in the health systems of countries such as Uganda, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Niger, Senegal, Bangladesh and India. In 2012, Melinda Gates promised to supply contraceptives like Depo-Provera, which cost between $120 and $300 a year, to at least 120 million women by 2020. In 2017, Melinda Gates wrote an article on Medium,

https://medium.com/bill-melinda-gates-foundation/keeping-our-promise-to-120-million-women-and-girls-62fc3d28234a

in which she said that she and her partners have been monitoring the fulfillment of this promise and they will allocate another $ 375 million in additional funds for this. That meant Pfizer earned $14 billion to $36 billion through the program.

Unfortunately, the active ingredient of depo provero - depot medroxyprohesterone acetate (DMPA) - has been linked to side effects, such as life-threatening blood clots in the lungs.

A one-time version of Pfizer called Sayana Press is intended for use by "local health care providers." In Senegal, however, almost half of these workers had an education no higher than sixth grade.

https://www.fhi360.org/sites/default/files/media/documents/community-health-workers-intramuscular-depo-senegal.pdf

Senegal's Ministry of Health has been forced to change its laws so that health workers can legally distribute the medicine. According to the Institute for Demographic Studies, USAID-funded NGOs "convinced the government" of the decision.

https://www.pop.org/usaid-needs-to-warn-women-of-the-dangers-of-depo-provera/#_edn4

In addition, training materials for Sayana Press did not contain

https://www.advancingpartners.org/sayana%C2%AE-press-guide-trainers-providers

information about all side effects of DMPA, violating the principles of informed consent. According to WHO recommendations, DMPA should not be used in women with rheumatic diseases. But USAID-funded patient checklists for screening in Uganda

https://www.fhi360.org/sites/default/files/media/documents/checklist-dmpa-uganda.pdf

did not instruct health professionals to ask women about the history of such disorders.

In recommendations

for Sayana Press trainers, it is also not mentioned that the drug was strongly associated with bone density loss.

and increased risk of bone fractures

https://www.nichd.nih.gov/newsroom/releases/bone_loss

As the Institute said

https://www.pop.org/usaid-needs-to-warn-women-of-the-dangers-of-depo-provera/#_edn4

The Food and Drug Administration requires U.S. women to be informed of this fact, but African women are kept in the dark."

In 2015, 70 Indian feminist groups and academics signed a statement protesting depo-Provera's approval by regulators, citing side effects such as excessive loss of bone density, weight gain, excessive bleeding and depression.

https://kafila.online/2015/09/24/a-statement-protesting-approval-to-introduce-injectable-contraceptives-in-the-national-family-planning-programme/

Their statement claimed that women's organizations have consistently opposed the introduction of such dangerous contraceptives and that "there is a risk that women will not be provided with enough information to make an informed choice of contraceptive method"."

Despite widespread domestic opposition and growing evidence of negative side effects, the Gates Foundation continues to work with USAID to distribute drugs such as Depo-Provera.

Guinea pigs in the Global South

Bill Gates' channels of influence have also played an important role in testing vaccines and drugs in humans in poor countries.

Before a drug can be sold to the public, the FDA and similar agencies in Europe require companies to test the drug in humans. The third and final phase of these trials before the drug enters the market is clinical trials.

https://www.fda.gov/media/110437/download

Phase III trials, during which companies must provide the drug to a large number of people as part of controlled trials.

It is estimated that about 90 per cent of drug development costs occur in Phase III trials.

https://www.manhattan-institute.org/html/stifling-new-cures-true-cost-lengthy-clinical-drug-trials-6013.html

But these companies can avoid the costs by conducting trials in so-called developing countries.

This cost-cutting strategy was outlined by the American consulting firm McKinsey,

https://thegrayzone.com/tag/mckinsey/

which proposed including "emerging markets" in drug trials to reduce "significant revenue loss."

https://www.mckinsey.com/industries/pharmaceuticals-and-medical-products/our-insights/a-wake-up-call-for-big-pharma

So it's no surprise that the Gates Foundation, a McKinsey client, said its "goal" is to help pharmaceutical companies bypass safety trials and speed up the drug approval process for pharmaceutical companies. Or, as they put it, "refine potential interventions,

https://www.gatesfoundation.org/What-We-Do/Global-Health/Discovery-and-Translational-Sciences

such as vaccine candidates before they enter costly and time-consuming late-stage clinical trials." Conducting clinical trials on the poor is financially beneficial. A South African newspaper once stated:

https://digitalcommons.law.ggu.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1205&context=annlsurvey

"We are guinea pigs for drug manufacturers."

From 2009 to 2011, phase III clinical trials of the first malaria vaccine funded

The Gates Foundation and GSK hosted by GSK were held in seven African countries (Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Burkina Faso, Gabon and Tanzania). In 2011, GSK's own data showed that girls die (from any cause).

more than twice as often as in the control group. In children who received the vaccine, the risk of meningitis was 10 times higher,

than those who have not been vaccinated. However, WHO is still coordinating the administration of the drug.

Since this product is administered to children as part of the country's vaccination schedule,

https://www.malariavaccine.org/resources/fact-sheets/rtss-malaria-vaccine

WHO argues that consent is implied. But parents do not always receive information about the risks, which again deprives them of the opportunity to give informed consent to their children. As the deputy editor of the British Medical Journal said,

https://www.bmj.com/company/newsroom/whos-malaria-vaccine-study-represents-a-serious-breach-of-international-ethical-standards/

"the implied consent process means that recipients of the malaria vaccine are not informed that they are participating in the study." The Gates Foundation also funded clinical trials of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines conducted by GSK and Merck.

https://164.100.47.5/newcommittee/reports/EnglishCommittees/Committee%20on%20Health%20and%20Family%20Welfare/72.pdf

These medicines were donated to 23,000 young girls in remote provinces of India as part of an initiative supported by the Gates Programme for Good Health and Technology (PATH).

https://www.gatesfoundation.org/how-we-work/quick-links/grants-database#q/k=path

Again, study participants were denied the opportunity to give informed consent because "all the pros and cons of vaccination were [not] properly communicated to parents/guardians."

https://164.100.47.5/newcommittee/reports/EnglishCommittees/Committee%20on%20Health%20and%20Family%20Welfare/72.pdf

According to Professor Linsey McGowy from the University of Essex, "most vaccines were given to girls in the ashram of patshalas (boarding schools for tribal children), which avoids the need to obtain parental consent for vaccinations."

PATH has also failed to implement a system for recording major adverse reactions to vaccines, which is required by law to be in large-scale clinical trials.

https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2013/09/indian-parliament-comes-down-hard-cervical-cancer-trial

The Indian Committee on Health and Family Welfare sued PATH for the violation, accusing it of human rights violations and child abuse.

https://164.100.47.5/newcommittee/reports/EnglishCommittees/Committee%20on%20Health%20and%20Family%20Welfare/72.pdf

In 2013, a panel of two judges noted that while foreign companies "see India as a paradise for clinical trials, this turns out to be hell for India."

https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2013/09/indian-parliament-comes-down-hard-cervical-cancer-trial

India's parliamentary committee said the "sole purpose" of the Gates-funded project was to promote "the commercial interests of HPV vaccine manufacturers who would have made an unexpected profit if PATH had successfully incorporated the HPV vaccine into the country's overall immunization program."

https://www.hhrjournal.org/2014/11/health-rights-litigation-pushes-for-accountability-in-clinical-trials-in-india/

The honorary editor of India's National Journal of Medicine agreed with the commission's report, writing that it was "an obvious case of Indians being used as guinea pigs".

Weakening public health systems of states

In addition to promoting unsafe products to poorer countries, the Gates Foundation actually hinders improvements in public health systems and access to health care. Changes in the social and economic determinants of health are giving way to more lucrative, technology-driven solutions such as vaccines.

This phenomenon is reflected in the WHO budget. The Foundation is the largest contributor to WHO's polio eradication program, but the government of Japan is the largest sponsor of the WHO Health Systems Program.

According to Global Justice Now, "the foundation's strong focus on developing new vaccines ... distracts from other, more important health priorities, such as building resilient health systems."

As Dr. David Legge explains, Gates “has a mechanistic view of global health in terms of finding silver bullets. Everything he supports is largely framed like silver bullets ... This means that the underlying issues identified by the World Health Assembly are not being addressed, including in particular the social determinants of health and the development of health systems. ”

In 2011, Gates spoke to WHO, stating: "All 193 Member States, you must make vaccines the centerpiece of your health systems." University of Toronto Public Health Professor Anne Emanuel Byrne wrote in 2005,

 https://home.cc.umanitoba.ca/~chaser/readings/global%20health%20challenges/Gates_Global_health_Birn_2005.pdf

that the foundation had "a narrow understanding of health as a product of technical interventions divorced from the economic, social and political context."

“The Gates Foundation has a long history of advocating for private sector participation and profit from global health,” Byrne told The Grayzone. A senior GAVI official even said

 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4166931/

that Bill Gates often told him privately, "that he is totally against" health systems "because it is" a waste of money. " This phenomenon is also reflected in the way the political agenda is defined at GAVI. GAVI also focuses on vertical health interventions, such as vaccines, rather than horizontal approaches, such as building and strengthening health systems in poor countries.

The Global Public Health report describes the "Gates Approach" to health systems, examining how disease-specific projects such as vaccines overshadow efforts to work with publicly funded health systems.

 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4166931/

Article author Katerini Storeng pointed to GAVI as an example of how "global health initiatives have come to reflect the global health debate about strengthening health systems in favor of their disease-specific approach and ethos." According to a former GAVI employee who spoke to Storeng, even former GAVI CEO Julian Loeb-Levitt was aware

 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4166931/

"The absurdity of vaccine campaigns that take four weeks to plan, implement and clean up, and when repeated eight times a year, paralyze the health system."

At one point, Lob-Levitt commissioned a series of GAVI assessments that highlighted weaknesses in health systems and the need to strengthen them. However, the attempt to do so "met with strong opposition from many influential members [on the GAVI board]," including USAID and the Gates Foundation, according to an interview with Storeng. Storang writes that a GAVI employee told her that the Foundation was "in a very loud, loud voice that says: we do not believe in strengthening health systems."

 The report also notes:

 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4166931/

“Gates' reputation as a 'non-listener' encouraged a non-confrontational approach in the global health arena ... a former GAVI employee and advocate for HSS [health systems strengthening] shared how he and his colleagues used the HSS Posters when Bill Gates arrived at headquarters. GAVI's apartment in Geneva because he is known to "hate this part" of GAVI's work. " The foundation's preference for weak health systems and technocentric solutions to public health problems is not the only problem. The foundation also shapes policy in the critical food sector.

Earlier this year, Gates founded a new nonprofit institute in St. Louis,

 https://docs.gatesfoundation.org/Documents/GatesAgOne_OverviewandFAQ.pdf

Missouri, home of Monsanto. The foundation said the new organization, dubbed Gates Ag One, "will promote sustainable seeds that increase yields" and incorporate them into "crops needed by smallholders, especially in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia." It sounds beautiful in words, but in reality it is the dependence of developing countries on Western industries, whether through drugs or high-tech seeds and agrochemicals. Much of this activity began in 2006, when the Gates Foundation, in partnership with the Rockefeller Foundation, spawned the African Green Revolution Alliance (AGRA). Gates donated $ 100 million and the Rockefeller Foundation donated $ 50 million. According to a report from the African Center for Biosafety:

 https://www.twn.my/title2/books/pdf/green.revolution.in.africa.pdf

“It is amazing that none of those at the forefront of the revolution are African. No different from the colonial project in Africa, this new revolution is being created and hotly promoted by white people who claim to fight to free Africans from the clutches of hunger and poverty. "

Through AGRA, the Foundation promotes the introduction of patented genetically modified (GM) seeds and fertilizers. These technologies undermine food security. Dr. Vandana Shiva argues that the idea that GM crops increase yields is a "scientific lie."

And, the foundation will again ensure that valuable resources are diverted from systemic solutions to hunger and poverty. According to The Ecologist,

 https://theecologist.org/2016/jan/21/gates-foundation-spearheading-neoliberal-plunder-african-agriculture

Gates and Monsanto are involved in "an inappropriate and fraudulent GMO project that offers a quick technical solution instead of solving the structural problems that cause hunger, poverty and food insecurity." What's more, the Gates Foundation is actually influencing African governments to change laws to fit its agenda ... Commenting on Gates' role in changing agricultural markets, Shiva told The Grayzone: “You create a new field, you invest in it. You force governments to invest in it, you destroy regulation. You destroy alternatives, you attack scientists. And you create a whole mechanism for your monopoly. "

As with Gates and Big Pharma, these moves can be attributed to an apparent conflict of interest within the Gates Foundation. And as before, the examples go on and on. Robert Horsch, former deputy director of the fund's agricultural program

 https://2019.gapsummit.com/speaker/robert-horsch/

was previously a senior executive at Monsanto for 25 years.

 Horsch

 https://www.nationalmedals.org/laureates/robert-horsch

led the team that manages agricultural grants and, according to the Global Policy Forum, "has been asked to join the Gates Foundation, in part to continue his Monsanto research."

 https://www.globalpolicy.org/images/pdfs/GPFEurope/Philanthropic_Power_online.pdf

Sam Dryden, Former Director of the Agriculture Program

The Gates Foundation, previously led two of the largest genetically modified seed companies:

Emergent Genetics and Agragentics Corporation. In 2005, Emergent was bought by Monsanto, where Drien spent six months. When he worked for the Gates Foundation, The Guardian called him "the most influential agricultural figure in the southern world."

Don Doering, formerly of the Gates Agriculture Program, was previously a founding member of the Monsanto Biotechnology Advisory Board. Doering led the

agricultural development, which channeled money to "help poor farmers in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia." Then there is Florence Wambugu, author of Changing Africa, which is called the "Apostle of Monsanto in Africa."

https://books.google.com/books?id=PwkOVO9BbnkC&pg=PT307&lpg=PT307&dq=apostle+africa+monsanto+wambugu&source=bl&ots=keB2evoI0g&sig=ACfU3U3ivCwdKaKdx6ZIkuQfKYRKg9MVSw&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjxl6Lblt_pAhWulHIEHSM_Dd4Q6AEwBXoECAoQAQ#v=onepage&q=apostle%20africa%20monsanto%25

After receiving a USAID scholarship, Wambugu became a researcher at Monsanto. She was then appointed to the Gates Foundation's Global Development Board. Like some of his pharmaceutical endeavors, the Gates Foundation works with USAID in the agricultural sector. Pamela K. Anderson, current director of agriculture at the Gates Foundation, is currently on the board of USAID.

22,000 children die every day because of poverty.

 https://childrenincorporated.org/understanding-child-poverty-facts-and-statistics/

However, the socioeconomic causes of health problems can be neglected if corporate interests are addressed.

This is the case with the Gates Foundation's global health priority.

He works to keep countries dependent on big pharmaceuticals and big agriculture.

It is in this light that one can understand Gates' leadership in the global fight against Covid-19.

Operation Warp Speed Protects Big Pharma from Lawsuits

In mid-May

https://www.hhs.gov/about/news/2020/05/15/trump-administration-announces-framework-and-leadership-for-operation-warp-speed.html

The Trump administration has unveiled its new coronavirus vaccine project:

https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefings-statements/remarks-president-trump-vaccine-development/

Operation Warp Speed. In announcing the new project, President Trump boasted that his administration had "overcome all bureaucratic delays to achieve the fastest launch of a vaccine trial to date." Bill Gates is also in favor of speeding up the timing of the approval of drugs for Covid-19. He writes that "governments will need to speed up their normal drug approval processes to quickly deliver the vaccine to more than 7 billion people." He says there is "simply no alternative" to this agenda.

https://www.gatesnotes.com/Health/What-you-need-to-know-about-the-COVID-19-vaccine

In March, the U.S. passed federal regulations.

https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/03/17/2020-05484/declaration-under-the-public-readiness-and-emergency-preparedness-act-for-medical-countermeasures

granting immunity to liability to corporations that produce coronavirus drugs, including vaccines. It also ensured immunity to liability for anyone who distributes vaccines.

With more than 100 covid-19 vaccines currently being developed, this means that products will be protected from lawsuits even if they have harmful effects.

https://www.who.int/who-documents-detail/draft-landscape-of-covid-19-candidate-vaccines

If vaccine manufacturers are exempt from legal sanctions by governments around the world, these companies have no incentive to protect people from harmful side effects. As in the past, it seems that citizens of the world's poorest countries will become "guinea pigs for drug manufacturers." Bill Gates' advocacy of legal immunity for drug manufacturers began at least in 2015, when he lamented during the Ebola outbreak that there was no clear process to "secure redress for legal liability."

https://www.nejm.org/doi/pdf/10.1056/NEJMp1502918

He suggested that during a "global epidemic," pharmaceutical companies should be compensated for "preventing long delays." Now his proposal is being implemented. Gates justified his position by saying that companies would need to produce drugs as quickly as possible to save lives, and these new drugs may not always be safe. "Understanding security ... very, very difficult," he told CBS.

https://www.cbsnews.com/video/extended-interview-bill-gates-on-coronavirus-pandemic/

"Before a decision is made [to receive a vaccine], some risk and compensation will be required."Usually, the drug undergoes a phase of animal testing before it is tested on a small (phase I), medium (phase II) and large numbers of people (phase III). But with Covid, Gates wants to "save time" by conducting tests on humans and animals at the same time.

https://www.gatesnotes.com/Health/Pandemic-Innovation

According to the head of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), today the United States is "reducing what is usually 10 years of vaccine development."

https://www.reuters.com/article/health-coronavirus-usa-vaccine-exclusive-idINKBN22Z07F

But, a successful vaccine against the coronavirus has not yet been created, and a new one can cause lethal reactions. Tropical disease specialist Dr. Peter Hotez, who worked on a failed vaccine for another coronavirus (SARS), said that during experimental trials of the drug, animals fell victim to what he calls "immunity boosting."

https://science.house.gov/imo/media/doc/Hotez%20Testimony.pdf

Animals that were vaccinated developed heavier (and often fatal) versions of the virus compared to unvaccinated animals. Hotez told Reuters:

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-health-coronavirus-vaccines-insight/as-pressure-for-coronavirus-vaccine-mounts-scientists-debate-risks-of-accelerated-testing-idUSKBN20Y1GZ

"To reduce this risk [for humans], you first prove that it does not occur in laboratory animals." Biotechnology company Moderna, without performing the initial phase of animal testing, which is usually required to bring the vaccine to market,

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1682852/000119312520144533/d918307dex991.htm

is testing its Covid-19 vaccine in humans.

https://www.livescience.com/coronavirus-vaccine-trial-no-animal-testing.html

The Moderna vaccine is a type of mRNA that has never been approved by the FDA for use in humans.

This technology, which contains genetically engineered cells that can permanently alter human DNA, was developed with grants from both the Gates Foundation and the Pentagon's Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Moderna states,

https://investors.modernatx.com/news-releases/news-release-details/moderna-ships-mrna-vaccine-against-novel-coronavirus-mrna-1273

that has a "strategic alliance" with DARPA, which has brought the company a total of $25 million.

https://investors.modernatx.com/news-releases/news-release-details/moderna-ships-mrna-vaccine-against-novel-coronavirus-mrna-1273

Moderna's mRNA technology has been called by Bill Gates "one of the most promising treatment options for COVID."

https://www.gatesnotes.com/Health/Pandemic-Innovation

Gates even has a "global health project framework agreement" with Moderna, under which the company allocates up to $100 million to develop its mRNA technology in exchange for obtaining "certain non-exclusive licenses."

https://www.modernatx.com/ecosystem/strategic-collaborators/foundations-advancing-mrna-science-and-research

Moderna co-founder Robert Langer has worked with Gates on projects such as implants in the past.

which can be activated wirelessly.

When Moderna announced the end of Phase 1 safety trials on May 18, corporate news outlets repeated Moderna's "good news."

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/05/18/health/coronavirus-vaccine-moderna.html

https://investors.modernatx.com/news-releases/news-release-details/moderna-announces-positive-interim-phase-1-data-its-mrna-vaccine?fbclid=IwAR2fkNqGpvmTUgsd98Rj8uYllVgbgBG4QoYf4xEj3Y4PC9EmjNDy-L8uC_Q

But the fine print in the press release showed that

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1682852/000119312520144533/d918307dex991.htm

that three of the 15 participants who were given the highest dose of the vaccine developed third-degree systemic symptoms that the FDA

defines as "severe," "disabling," and requiring "hospitalization," though "not immediately life-threatening." on May 15, President Trump appointed Moncef Slowy,
