We are a growing payment gateway company serving international clients and building secure payment infrastructure for online businesses. Our team consists of approximately 20 professionals across multiple locations, including Cyprus, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. 
As the business continues to grow, PCI DSS compliance has become a strategic priority. We are looking for an experienced PCI DSS Compliance Manager to take ownership of the compliance program, drive audit readiness, and work closely with technical and business stakeholders to build a robust security and compliance framework. 
This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company’s growth, security posture, and long-term operational scalability. 
What You’ll Do 
* Lead the company’s PCI DSS compliance program, including preparation for certification audits and ongoing compliance activities 
* Conduct gap assessments, identify remediation requirements, and track implementation plans through completion 
* Develop, maintain, and improve policies, procedures, and security controls required under PCI DSS 
* Coordinate internal compliance reviews and support external PCI DSS audits conducted by QSA auditors 
* Manage the Cardholder Data Environment (CDE), including data flow documentation, segmentation controls, and compliance monitoring 
* Collaborate with technical teams to implement and maintain PCI DSS security requirements across cloud and infrastructure environments 
* Oversee vulnerability management activities, including vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, and reporting 
* Support security monitoring and incident response processes, ensuring alignment with PCI DSS requirements 
* Manage risk assessment activities, including third-party risk reviews and remediation planning 
* Maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, risk registers, playbooks, and technical diagrams 
* Provide guidance and awareness training to internal stakeholders on PCI DSS and information security requirements 
* Monitor regulatory and industry developments and recommend improvements to the compliance framework 
What We’re Looking For 
* 5+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management roles 
* Strong practical experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting PCI DSS compliance programs 
* Deep understanding of PCI DSS requirements and audit processes 
* Experience preparing organizations for PCI DSS certification and working directly with QSA auditors 
* Strong understanding of information security architecture and security best practices 
* Knowledge of network security principles and cloud security concepts 
* Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP environments, including IAM, networking, logging, and security services 
* Experience working with security technologies such as SIEM, WAF, IDS/IPS, PAM, DLP, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management tools 
* Ability to develop and maintain compliance and security documentation 
* Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving engineering, infrastructure, and security teams 
* Strong communication skills in English and Russian or Ukrainian 
* Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives to completion 
Nice to Have 
* Experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, or regulated financial services environments 
* Experience working within cloud-native infrastructures 
* Additional information security certifications (PCI ISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, or similar)
