You just get your shit kicked in. Technically it isn't even the "harem route" scene because you can see that valentines scene if you have one girlfriend and just ignore them on Valentine's Day.
If I do a harem run and romance all girls, will there be severe penalties? I've seen the Valentine's day scene from the vanilla version, and I could live with that. If that is the only consequence, I don't mind. (I did a loyal run in P5, but now want to see all romance dialogues).

Why I hate harem manga but quite enjoy Love is War. With that said; I am aware the reason, it is an obvious reason, Atlus knows they can make a lot of money off selling to guys a puerile fantasy in which females are prop 'waifus' who adore them. I still hate it and think P5 would be miles better without it.
