P2P Market Rules

- You must be at least 18 years old and act in your own name and for your own account.
- Crypto and fiat assets involved in transactions must be obtained legally.
- You may only use your own account and must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Wallet users' accounts or Wallet infrastructure.
- When making a transaction, you must communicate only in Wallet's transaction chat.
- It is prohibited to use obscene expressions and words in the Wallet chat, as well as words describing the user as a representative of the service (Admin, Moderator, Wallet, etc.).
- It is forbidden to advertise or use the names of third-party services or cryptocurrency trading platforms in Wallet ads and chat, or to request or provide personal or contact information to another party.
- Using technical features of the system to fraud or deceive other users is prohibited and can lead to a permanent ban.
- The terms specified in the ad cannot be changed during the order.
- Payment must be sent in one payment, only through the payment method and to the account details specified in the ad.
- The amount of payment must match the amount stated in the ad, and may be without cents if the seller has indicated this in the comment.
- Buyer should not mark the transaction as paid before payment is sent.
- Seller should check the account balance before confirming receipt of payment and releasing the coins.
- If after suspending trades due to multiple unaccepted trades in a row, the seller relaunch trades and does not accept orders, he might be blocked.
- It is possible to cancel the transaction before the specified payment timeout only if the payment details have not been transferred by the seller to the buyer.
- Processing requests, confirmation of payment and receipt of coins must be done before the timeout period expires.
- If a dispute arises, Wallet can make a decision without regard to the position of the party that has not responded within 30 minutes from the start of the dispute.
- A dispute can be opened by any party via @wallet_supportbot. The dispute resolution period is 30 calendar days from the date the user opened the dispute.
- During dispute resolution, Wallet may request evidence of the transaction from the parties to the transaction. Evidence may include a video of the complete mobile app login process, a bank statement, a receipt of the completed transaction by the bank, and an identity verification procedure.
- You accept the risks associated with P2P transactions, which may include: fluctuations in the price of digital assets, reliability of counterparties, and legal risks.
- You understand that Wallet has the right to:
– Stop communicating with a user who violates business etiquette or fails to provide Wallet with information necessary to provide P2P services.
– Suspend transactions and block the user's funds until the user's identity information is provided, or the transaction dispute is resolved.
– Restrict, suspend or terminate the account or limit access to Wallet services for a period of time at our sole discretion if the user is suspected of violating the Rules listed herein.
21. You understand that Wallet is not obligated to disclose details of its internal risk management procedures and security measures.
22. You understand that Wallet is not liable for any losses resulting from P2P transactions or use of the services if such losses are not caused by willful or gross negligence of Wallet. For example, as a result of hacker attacks, power outages or unrecoverable technical failures. Wallet is also not liable for financial losses caused by illegal actions of third parties, for delayed or unfulfilled ads, for unauthorized access to user accounts and for compromising user credentials.
