Awesome! Really can't believe they work so well. I barely had to pull my pants down a little in front, slipped in the P-Mate and followed the instruction of leaning forward so the end pointed down and starting going full stream. First try no leaks just held it snugly up to myself, no drips no overflow and when your down just tilt if down and off yourself a little to drain the last few drops out of the cardboard and your done. I felt so dry I wouldn't have had to wipe it I didn't have toilet paper. Also you can toss it in the trash when your done or if your near a sink you can lightly rinse it out and re-use it at least once more. Remember it is cardboard so you can't wash it but you can give it a quick rinse. I couldn't believe it was that easy to Pee standing up like a man. I am a 62 year old women and I sure wish I had found this sooner before I went to Europe last year and had to squat over a hole In Greece and over a lot of toilets in Rome and Paris that had no seats on them. If you have been looking for something like this P-Mate is great and also heavy cardboard not flimsy so it won't fold up on you. Love it! I ordered 5 more so get the 2 packs of 5 the first time and save the money instead of ordering separate like I did just to try it out. I hate using public restrooms. They're usually disgusting, covered in pee and other various liquids I care not to think about. They rarely if not EVER have any seat covers either. I'm lucky if there's toilet paper. For a germaphobe like me, who lacks the balance and aiming technique required to hold a squat long enough, this means holding my pee until I'm about to burst. After nearly peeing my pants at my son's baseball game, I had to take some action. In come these wonderful little babies. I tried it out last weekend and it went as expected. I do have to say that standing and peeing screams all kind of wrong in my brain, but since my butt didn't have to touch a dirty pee covered seat, I quickly got over the awkwardness. It did what it was supposed to do and I didn't pee my pants. I call that a success. My only complaint about these things is that they're not green colored and unassuming looking like the picture shows. They're white and have big bold letters that say: STAND UP AND PEE. So if you have a curious kid who likes to dig in your purse for gum or candy and he or she can read, be fair warned that they'll most likely pull this sucker out in front of all the other parents and kids and incredulously read it out loud while holding it up and waving it around.

We spend every Saturday morning at a local park, feeding the feral cats and having breakfast. The park bathrooms are open to the elements and not too clean, so using the restroom is unpleasant - I don't want to touch anything and in the cooler weather, the toilet seat is freezing. P-Mate was the perfect solution - I don't need to touch anything except the door lock. One tip - prepare your toilet paper (however you fold it) in adviance, as you will only have one hand free while using the P-Mate and you will need the paper as soon as you're done! Because they fold flat, there is no bulk in your pocket and when you're done, you just toss it in the nearest garbage can. My husband calls it my "pee shooter." An additional thought (10/07/13). I was at the doctor the other day and they asked for a urine sample. I have always envied men, who have a much easier task filling that pesky container. We women sit down and then we can't see very well and the whole procedure becomes a bit hit and miss (literally). After I got home, I realized if I had just had a P-Mate in my purse, it would have been so much simpler.

Why didn't anyone tell me how awesome it is to have the ability to pee standing up??? I bought this product and it arrived so fast, I didn't even have time to tell my husband about it until he opened the package and with the most confused expression on his face, asked "uh, what's this?" "It's so I can pee standing up." "Okay..." Then he left it on the counter and walked away. Well, I immediately had to try it out so about a gallon of water later I stood in front of the toilet to test it out. Lo and behold, it's everything I could imagine! I followed the instructions exactly as written and there were no leaks. I guess you could say everything flowed smoothly. I took a 13 hour one-way roadtrip a few weeks later on my own and brought my P-Mates. I successfully used them on the side of the road TWICE with no incidents. I didn't waste any time trying to find a clean toilet at a gas station or anyplace shady like that. Thank you P-Mate, and thank you men of the world for not rubbing in the the fact that peeing standing up is absolutely amazing!

I LOVE the disposable P-Mates. I've given a pack to my mom, who's saving it for her trip to Guatemala. It's definitely great for here in the US, especially while camping. But, it's a necessity for some other countries where you have to go in a little hole in the floor or you have to walk to a community toilet in the middle of the night. Now you can just go like the guys, with absolutely no spillage! I gave my friend one, when we used a restroom at a public venue and she LOVED it too. It's definitely worth getting a few packs at a time, I'm going to re-order. The only thing I would say is, before you start, make sure you have toilet paper in hand, ready to wipe. That way you don't have to drip on your clothing while fumbling for the toilet paper. :-) Also, they look so long when you get them, but if you look closely, there's a place to fold each in half, and put it in your purse's inside zipper pocket. They're perfect in every way!

Persistent, recurrent problems with sexual response, desire, orgasm or pain — that distress you or strain your relationship with your partner — are known medically as sexual dysfunction.
Many women experience problems with sexual function at some point, and some have difficulties throughout their lives. Female sexual dysfunction can occur at any stage of life. It can occur only in certain sexual situations or in all sexual situations.
Sexual response involves a complex interplay of physiology, emotions, experiences, beliefs, lifestyle and relationships. Disruption of any component can affect sexual desire, arousal or satisfaction, and treatment often involves more than one approach.
Symptoms vary depending on what type of sexual dysfunction you're experiencing:
If sexual problems affect your relationship or worry you, make an appointment with your doctor for evaluation.
Sexual problems often develop when your hormones are in flux, such as after having a baby or during menopause. Major illness, such as cancer, diabetes, or heart and blood vessel (cardiovascular) disease, can also contribute to sexual dysfunction.
Factors — often interrelated — that contribute to sexual dissatisfaction or dysfunction include:
Hormonal. Lower estrogen levels after menopause may lead to changes in your genital tissues and sexual responsiveness. A decrease in estrogen leads to decreased blood flow to the pelvic region, which can result in less genital sensation, as well as needing more time to build arousal and reach orgasm.
The vaginal lining also becomes thinner and less elastic, particularly if you're not sexually active. These factors can lead to painful intercourse (dyspareunia). Sexual desire also decreases when hormonal levels decrease.
Your body's hormone levels also shift after giving birth and during breast-feeding, which can lead to vaginal dryness and can affect your desire to have sex.
Psychological and social. Untreated anxiety or depression can cause or contribute to sexual dysfunction, as can long-term stress and a history of sexual abuse. The worries of pregnancy and demands of being a new mother may have similar effects.
Long-standing conflicts with your partner — about sex or other aspects of your relationship — can diminish your sexual responsiveness as well. Cultural and religious issues and problems with body image also can contribute.
