Oxygen 13 OP8T F.15 for Surya

Changelog:

- Changed base to OnePlus 8T

- Added Leica

- Adapted dolby for surya

- Rom is more fluid now (for my use it's really good)

- FBE V2

- Shipped with new kernel with oxygen things

- Replaced dialer and contacts apps to ColorOS apps

- Disabled AOD

- Ram expansion enabled

- Added some wallpapers

- New rom installer

Bugs:

- NFC

- Faceunlock, hide apps, and op security shits

- CTS ded

- sim reload using volte (maybe have this issue don't tried cuz i don't have volte)

- Some color options and Super energy saving can give bootloop

- don't remember others

Install Steps:

- Fw included

- Format data

- Install rom

- Reboot and Enjoy!
