Calling all heroes of Overwatch®—Blizzard Entertainment is excited to announce that we’re partnering with Twitch and Amazon to bring you a special Golden Loot Box*!
From June 20–August 20 , anyone who links their Amazon Prime and Twitch account (as well as all active Twitch Prime members) will be eligible to receive a Golden Loot Box in Overwatch. This promotional in-game Loot Box contains four random items from our classic collection, including one guaranteed legendary. Of course, you'll also enjoy all the benefits that come with Prime—from streaming movies and TV shows on Amazon Prime Video, to ad-free viewing of your favorite streamers on Twitch, to special in-game rewards like this for Overwatch and other Blizzard titles.
Step 1: Visit twitch.tv and log into your Twitch account.
Step 2: Click on the Prime Loot icon located in the upper-right of the screen.
Step 3: Locate the Overwatch Golden Loot Box offer from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Select "Claim Code" and follow the instructions provided.
Once you've claimed your Golden Loot box code:
Step 5: Create or log in to your Blizzard account.
Step 6: Visit http://blizzard.com/code
Step 7: Enter your code, and then follow the steps for your platform below.
Step 8: Download and install the Blizzard app.
Step 9: Once the Blizzard app launches, click the Overwatch icon.
Step 10: Select your region from the dropdown menu, then click Install .
Step 11: Once installed, click “Play” and open your Loot Box!
Redeem your Golden Loot Box on PS4 or Xbox One:
Step 8: Link your PlayStation Network or Xbox Live account to your Blizzard account.
Step 9 : On your console, log in to the game and open your Loot Box!
*Offer valid only in regions where Twitch Prime is available. Must own Overwatch to redeem. Loot Box does not include seasonal event items. Content of Loot Box are random. Each Blizzard account may only redeem one code per promotional item.

Can you believe that Overwatch 2 is something we can all play soon? Those of us with beta access will be able to, and we’ll outline how you can scoop up an invite below.
Starting April 27, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. PDT // 1:00 P.M. EDT through 6:00 P.M PDT // 9:00 P.M. EDT, Twitch drops will be enabled for Overwatch 2 . You’ll need to watch any streamer with beta access drops enabled for four hours (watch time will be accurate regardless of who you watch). Only certain streamers are participating, though. Let’s list some of them below.

There are loads more of eligible broadcasts too, all of which are listed on Blizzard’s official FAQ page . Remember, to gain a beta invite; you must link your Twitch and Battle.net accounts , or else all of this effort will be for nothing.

GLHF’s preview of the Overwatch 2 is pretty positive, even if it feels more like an annual Call of Duty game rather than a full-on sequel. It’s the only place where the railgun-wielding Sojourn is available, and thankfully the in-game ping system means you can avoid (some) toxicity.
