Calling all heroes! This summer, Blizzard Entertainment is partnering with Twitch Prime to bring you a series of exciting in-game rewards.
Starting today, all Twitch Prime members can claim two Wrecking Ball Loot Boxes in Overwatch*. Available through September 3, these promotional Loot Boxes contain four random items for the newest Overwatch hero – Wrecking Ball ! Twitch Prime members can also claim a Golden Loot Box in September as well as another Golden Loot Box in October.

* Offer only available where Twitch Prime is available. Must own Overwatch to claim. Loot Boxes do not include seasonal event items. Contents of Loot Boxes are random. Blizzard accounts may only claim each Overwatch reward once per campaign.
Link Your Twitch and Blizzard Accounts:
Step 1: If you don't already have a Twitch account, create one here .
Step 2: Log in to your Twitch account.
Step 3: If you don't already have a Blizzard account, create one here .
Step 4: Navigate to the Twitch Connections page in the Settings menu.
Step 5: Locate the Blizzard Battle.net section and chose your gameplay region.
Step 6: Log in to the Blizzard account you wish to link and click Log in to Blizzard .
(Console Only) Link Your Console and Blizzard Accounts:
Step 7: Link your PlayStation Network or Xbox Live account to your Blizzard account.
Step 8: Success! You are ready to redeem your Overwatch offers.
Before linking your Twitch and Blizzard accounts, check to see that you’re not logged into any other Blizzard accounts at the same time in the same browser, as this could cause complications. For the best results, complete the process in "private browsing" or "incognito" mode.
Step 1: Visit the Twitch Prime Rewards page for Overwatch.
Step 2: Log in to your Twitch account and authorize.
Step 3: Verify your linked Blizzard account and click Claim Your Loot .
Step 4: Success! You are ready to claim your items in the game.
Step 5: Launch Overwatch on PC, PlayStation 4, or Xbox One.
Step 6: Click on the Loot Boxes menu option.
Step 7: Locate your loot boxes and open them to see what you unlocked!
Once you claim an Overwatch reward, and if you remain an active Twitch Prime member, all future rewards in the campaign will be automatically applied to the same Blizzard account and cannot be transferred. Be sure that your preferred Blizzard account is connected to your Twitch account at the time of enrolling!

Although Overwatch fans’ main concern right now is whether they’ll be one of the lucky few to gain access to the Overwatch 2 beta , there’s something else for them to look forward to over the next few months. If you’re an Amazon Prime Gaming member, you’ll be able to claim free loot boxes.
From today until September, you can claim monthly drops, which will bestow a total of four Legendary loot boxes and three standard loot boxes upon you. You have until April 27 to claim the first drop, which includes a Legendary loot box. So, if you’re missing out on some Legendary cosmetics, you might get lucky and score them with these.
The loot box freebies come as a new partnership between Amazon and Blizzard. Players of the publisher’s other games will be able to claim freebies in the coming months. Hearthstone players, for instance, can snag four random, guaranteed Legendary cards and three standard card packs through monthly drops until September. World of Warcraft and Starcraft: Remastered fans will be able to collect in-game items from Prime Gaming later too.
Also in April, Prime Gaming members will be able to claim in-game items for a bunch of other titles, including Lost Ark, League of Legends, Fall Guys, FIFA 22, Rainbow Six Siege, Battlefield 2042, Apex Legends and Grand Theft Auto Online.

In preparation for the official Overwatch 2 Beta launch, Blizzard has decided to give away some free in-game swag for all people with Amazon Prime. Read below to learn how to snag your Overwatch Free Legendary Loot Box with Prime Gaming.
Even though Blizzard has announced that there will officially be no loot boxes in Overwatch 2 , Prime Gaming is still taking full advantage of the mechanic in the original game. If you still plan on playing Overwatch, then maybe the loot box is worth it, but it does seem like a curious time to be pushing loot boxes when the next game that’s coming out very soon, mind you, will not have them.
To get your free legendary loot box with Prime, follow these steps:
And that’s it! You’ll receive an email confirmation that you’ve linked your accounts and will receive the loot box the next time you log in. Once you get the loot box, the contents will be available cross-platform on your account. The loot box is only eligible for one account, so make sure it’s the one you play on regularly.

The Beta for Overwatch 2 releases on June 28, 2022, at 11 a.m. PT. Players who purchased the Watchpoint Pack on a supported platform will receive instant access to the beta. Other players will be selectively chosen into July as more players gain access.
