Can you tell me why though. This was made about 3 months ago so it may be outdated.
And also I knew a lot less 3 months ago, I am relatively new to Overwatch.
Can you at least tell me why it’s bad instead of saying “BAD TERRIBLE”
Simply because it's disconnected to what pros actually play, and if there's someone who dictates who the strongest heroes are, it's them. To be honest the game is very well balanced at the moment, but Orisa and Torb are certainly not picked that frequently, for instance. Ashe and Winston also see a lot of play.
I think this is pretty accurate. Just Tracer and Echo should be S and some As and Bs should be switched.
Based on what? Skill? Personal preference to play them? How good they are in a particular rank?
Here’s my suggestions, I’ve played since December 2016. This is just in general based on how often they see play and how good they can really be in the hands of players.
A: Widow, Hanzo, Ashe, Bap, Dva, Lucio, Tracer
B: Zenyatta, Sigma, Winston, Soldier 76, Doomfist, Echo
C: Mei, Brig, Reaper, Hog, Moira, Mercy, Pharah, Torb
F: Bastion, Sombra, Ball (AKA you can be really good at these characters but if you’re not, and chances are you’re not, then you’re a detriment to the whole team)
Basically I’m ranking them based on how they are in all ranks (Except for GM and T500)
I like it, it’s your personal opinion! Personally I would have Symmetra down with bastion as I loathe them entirely haha! But nice tier list though

I agree with bastion but why you gotta do doom like that?
Lucio is S for sure, if you’re good enough you can carry in any situation
