A counter list for each Overwatch hero. Learn all the best counter picks and increase your winning chances. The list is updated periodically.
All the heroes have soft and hard counters, and while some matchups are pretty intuitive (such as Pharah’s weakness against hitscans), often it isn’t easy to figure out the right pick to counter a hero who is dominating our team.
I couldn’t find an updated and easy-to-read counter list, so I decided to create my own by gathering data from several sources. It will be updated periodically.
When selecting a counter, also keep into consideration the map and the best heroes in the current meta: the Tier Lists show the win rate of each hero by map in a competitive environment while the Meta Reports provide stats and insights based on pub games.

Overwatch
Overwatch is an exceptionally well-balanced game. Even in the early days of its release, there was never any one character that was “broken” or completely unbalanced. Some heroes are more popular than others, but overall, the game continues to stand as a shining example of live-game balance.
