The Opportunity

As the Director of Reputation Management / SEO, you’ll be the driving force behind client-facing reputation initiatives and internal SEO programs. You’ll oversee campaign workflows, data-driven optimizations, team performance, and strategic partnerships — all while reinforcing our position as a market leader in online reputation services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all Reputation Management campaigns from onboarding to performance reporting.
Design and refine end-to-end campaign strategies focused on boosting positive online presence and suppressing negative search content.
Oversee SEO initiatives across all digital assets to ensure alignment with best practices and industry updates.
Build and maintain scalable processes for monitoring reviews, brand mentions, search rankings, and sentiment analysis.
Provide expert guidance on Google’s ranking systems, E-E-A-T principles, and search engine algorithms to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, development, and content teams to deliver cohesive digital strategies.
Develop dashboards and reports using GA4, GSC, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to evaluate progress and prioritize efforts.
Train, mentor, and manage SEO and reputation management specialists.
Own the strategy for growing our positive footprint in high-authority directories, media placements, and social proof networks.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years in SEO or Online Reputation Management, with 2+ years in a leadership or director role.
Expertise in both white-hat SEO techniques and reputation management strategies (including review generation, suppression, and schema optimization).
Proven ability to plan and execute multi-touchpoint campaigns across search, review platforms, and branded content.
Deep familiarity with Google's Search Quality Rater Guidelines and content helpfulness standards.
Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, BrightLocal, Birdeye, and Chatmeter.
Exceptional writing, editing, and strategic communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of KPIs and campaign ROI.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing agency workflows or SaaS-based SEO/Reputation platforms.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Yoast SEO.
Familiarity with ORM legal and compliance frameworks, especially for professional services industries (law, healthcare, finance).
