Thank you for your card welcoming me to the Crown Royal Boiler Family, we have been having a pretty warm October month out here in the North East PA so I have not yet lit my boiler. I know a couple of people who own a Crown Royal Boiler and they have only great things to say about their boiler and I am sure I will too. I have enclosed a pic of my brand new 7400E boiler.
I have been burning my new 7200mp since September 2020. I started out just using the boiler for domestic hot water only in September but now have switched to heat and domestic hot water. When I was using it for hot water the wood consumption was like nothing!!! A 5 gallon bucket of hard wood scraps would get me 12 hours! When you have a family of six that’s allot of showers and laundry! This should have cut my electric by 40%! Now that I’m heating with it in October we have had some below freezing temps and with the circulation pump running 24 7 I’m using more wood. But not nearly as much as my old boiler! Honestly probably half my old boiler! I’m heating 3000 square feet on the nose and domestic hot water so I’m at the limits of a 7200, but I’m confident it will do just fine when the temps really drop! I will post again when temps drop some more. Happy so far!
After my old outdoor wood boiler sprung a leak in the spring I started doing my research to find a replacement. I looked into central boiler and heat master but kept coming back to crown royals site and joined several outdoor wood boiler facebook groups, asking questions about the 7300mp. I had one of the factory sales reps call me personally to answer all my questions. Knowing that they take the time to take care of a prospective customer like that sold me. After finding a new local dealer and visiting with him and getting to see one in person, they are Hands down build to an exceptionally high standard. We installed in July and I was chomping at the bit to fire it up then. After firing it up it’s incredibly easy to use and definitely uses less wood than my old one did.
I spent a lot of time researching stoves as I built my new home. I went with a Crown Royal 7200E to heat my radiant floors and provide endless amounts of hot tap water. The staff walked me through proper sizing and helped immensely with all of my questions. They are truly great at quickly responding as those questions came up. I couldn’t be more happy with them and more importantly, the products that they provide. My stove is truly a workhorse and was one of smartest investments I made for my new home.
