Others say it, we actually do it. No limitations, no stipulations, no jumping through hoops. Outdoor Products will issue a gift code if we cannot replace your bag or any product that has been proven to have a manufacturing defect. All Outdoor Products fall under one of the two warranties outlined below:
Lifetime Guarantee Whether you bought it yesterday or in 1973, our Plain + Simple Lifetime Guarantee still applies for all sewn and wearable products, such as backpacks, duffels, bags, etc. Please note this does not include hard goods, accessories, and items with wheels, as listed below. Three-Year Warranty Any product with wheels such as rolling duffels, and hard goods such as hydration reservoirs, watertight boxes, bottles, tents, carabineers, trekking poles, etc. are fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for three (3) years from the date of purchase. General Specifics
Our warranties apply when the product(s) have been used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions. General wear and tear, normal fading, and accidental damage is not covered by the warranty.
Outdoor Products, at its sole discretion, will replace with a product currently available of comparable value and comparable function or issue a credit voucher for an amount not to exceed the retail replacement value of the defective item, applicable sales tax (if any), and shipping charges. The credit voucher can be redeemed to purchase any item on OutdoorProducts.com website up to the full value of the voucher.
We do not have a global repair facility available. However, if you do not wish to continue with a full warranty claim and you elect to have the item repaired by a third party at your own expense, Outdoor Products will not accept responsibility for the cost of the repair. Any items returned to Outdoor Products as part of a warranty claim will be destroyed and recycled at our discretion .
We will do everything possible to take care of your warranty request. Please allow up to 10 business days to process.
Our warranties do not include coverage for personal belongings that have been stored in any Outdoor Products packs or accessories. Other incidental and consequential losses are excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental and consequential damages, so this exclusion might not apply to you.
We take pride in our product quality and our loyal customers, so if it falters, please tell us about it.

A single sculptural form is used to create three thrilling play experiences! The ReviRock™ Bouncer provides bouncy, rocking fun; the ReviWheel™ Spinner includes a grab wheel in the center so kids can spin themselves around and around; the ReviWhirl™ Spinner is an adventure in physics offering spinning through perpetual motion or a push from the outside. Each Revi product is designed with inclusion in mind, including transfer height, different handgrip options, and plenty of room for kids to lay down, sit, kneel, or stand as they experiment with the motion. Add one or more to every playground for extra fun! All Revi products are offered as direct bury.
The Quantis 8.2 delivers hours of challenging and exhilarating play experiences for kids ages 5 to 12. Along with the playground net climbers, there is a SwiggleKnots™ bridge, Cargo Net with Square Steppers and molecular-style belting. Plus, kids use the Oodle® Seats for a hangout space that’s right in the center of the action. The playful color palette increases the wow factor of this innovative design.
The new Summit™ are for kids ages 5 to 12 and they will find multiple ways to climb this faceted mountaintop while encountering plenty of wild surprises along the way.

The HealthBeat Circuit provides individuals of all ages and ability levels with the opportunity to work on full body fitness in one location. An indiviual or whole fitness class can use one or two components to address a specific muscle group or work their way through the full circuit to get a challenging workout. This collection can be used by beginners, those in specific rehab protocols, or fitness enthusiasts. The integrated shade provides shelter from the direct sun ensuring that users stay cooler and do not get overexposed to UV rays.
