Two days ago I was kayaking and wearing one of your backpacks. Long story short the kayak capsized in the middle of this lake in NJ. Your backpack acted as a floatation device and ultimately saved my life. I needed to say THANK YOU! I am so grateful for you and your products.

I have 3 of their 2 liter bladders (i do a lot of desert hiking and need to carry a lot of water sometimes). I had a small pinhole in one after my last hike. I sent them an email and a photo and the stood behind it and sent me a new one. I will continue to buy products from Outdoors because their customer service is so good.

I bought my backpack couple years ago, few things broke within the next year, like shoulder strap, zipper, ripped pocket etc.. I contacted customer service, returned the backpack without any receipt, they sent me a brand new one within a week, no questions asked!

I found a phone in the Black Fork River in Loundonville, Ohio. It was down in the mud and in one of your phone cases. Long story short, I opened it up, got the phone to charge and low and behold, the last phone call on it and last text messages go back to July 2015. It had been in river three years, through a couple major floods, freezing temps, etc...
