Cleans stains from Algae, Mold & Mildew
30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner original formula since 1977, cleans virtually anything outdoors. It's clean, when You want it clean! Save water, energy and time by skipping the pressure washer.
One gallon of Concentrate will clean up to 200 sq. ft. on porous surfaces, up to 600 sq. ft. on nonporous surfaces. To extend the coverage up to 1800 sq. ft, you can mix 1:4 with water and leave wet with the product 4 times longer.
Metal, Plastic, Cloth, Painted Surfaces, Fiberglass
- Keep wet with the product for up to 3 MINUTES, then brush surface if necessary. (Non-Corrosive to metals when used as directed.)
- Keep wet with the product for up to 5 MINUTES, then brush surface with the grain. (Stained wood can become blotchy in appearance. This is remedied by re-staining.)
- Keep wet with the product for up to 15 MINUTES, then brush if necessary. (Non-staining to concrete.)
For heavier stains, reapply cleaner to surface before rinsing and brush again, if necessary. Rinse the surface thoroughly using a garden hose. After each use, clean applicator thoroughly with water.
A: Concentrate needs to be mixed 1:1 with water. For example 1 gallon of 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner is mixed with 1 gallon of water.
A: Use a pump or tank sprayer for larger jobs, such as cleaning decks, siding and driveways. These give the best coverage and saturation. You can also use the quart sized product for smaller jobs. It comes with the traditional trigger sprayer which is mixed and Ready-To-Use.

A: We always recommend putting the pet away while you are doing the cleaning. Once the surface is rinsed and dry, it is safe for the pet. If the pet accidentally gets sprayed or walks through the cleaner, rinse thoroughly.

Had home built 7 years ago and never cleaned the siding. The green algae was hardened but came off after 2 treatments. If you do this every year, it will only take one treatment 👍🏼

This product worked best for me in the pressure washer. Using the soap fitting , spraying it on, then waiting. The product worked best on my stone and brick walkways. On my vinyl siding it took the heaviest algae off, but didn’t necessarily clean it completely.

We we’re putting in a pool and I noticed how grungy the wooden fence looked. This works really well, but honestly 1/2 bleach & 1/2 water worked better & cheaper. Still a good product though. Recommend wearing Eye 👁 protective with the overspray and wind.

Mostly a strong bleach product, however also contains some other stuff that makes it work much better than just laundry bleach. I used it to clean the vinyl seats on my golf cart. They were nasty looking, This stuff made them look almost like new.
