The Tikka T3 or T3x action is a terrific foundation for a customized construct. Tikka utilizes one size action to keep production cost low, and they integrate magazine blocks and a longer bolt stop to run brief action calibers. The T3 is well fit for brief action cartridges, medium length cartridges, and a couple of long action cartridges.
