🔴 Organizations and groups of labor , retirees, students and labor activists and the abolition of child labor groups to Amnesty International

Mr. Chairman, as you know, and in the report of your respective organization published to the date Sept/02/2020 is described in detail, the Iranian government during the bloody suppression of the popular uprising in November 2019 which in protest of the overnight tripling cost of petrol According to Amnesty International, 304 people were killed and more than 7,000 were arrested in just three days.

Certainly the number of killed and detained is much higher. Because under the current rule of Iran, access to real statistics is not possible and the government itself has never announced real statistics in any regard.

According to the report of Reuters news agency the number of people killed during the three bloody days of November 2019 is more than 1500 people. But since then, dozens and perhaps hundreds of November detainees have been tortured to death and their bodies dumped in rivers, deserts, and alleys.

Ten months after the mass killings and arrests, the government has not released statistics on casualties or the number of detainees. Many families are still unaware of the fate of their loved ones and are living in worry and anxiety. These families continue to fear that the fate of their loved ones will be decided by the fate of detainees who were killed under torture and thrown somewhere.

The Iranian government does not give citizens the slightest right and confronts any protest with batons, bullets, imprisonment, torture and execution.

We, the people of Iran, consider part of the government's arrogance towards the people of the society as the result of international appeasement, which is still accepted in international circles, forums and organizations despite the killing and execution of its citizens, and its political relations with the outside world are established. Therefore, the international community is also responsible.

We urge you to pressure the international community to put pressure on the Iranian government to stop killing, torturing and executing and to recognize the basic rights of the Iranian people. Issuing statements condemning human rights abuses is not enough for push the government to recognize the rights of the Iranian people. Serious and practical political restrictions must be imposed on the Iranian government at the global level until the political, social, economic and cultural rights of the people are respected.

🔘 The most urgent demands of the Iranian people and the families of those killed and detained in November 2019 are as follows and must be met unconditionally:

1- Announcing the real statistics of the killed

2- Announcing the real statistics of the detainees and clarifying their fate

3- Immediate and unconditional release of all detainees in November 2019 and all political prisoners

4- The right to hold commemoration ceremonies for those killed on the anniversary of their murder in November 2020 in any way that families and people with their families want to hold ceremonies.
