Organic cognac appeared in Russia for the first time

Such a certificate was received by a manufacturer from France, Roskachestvo said. It guarantees the traceability of products "from vine to bottle".

The ministry noted that in the production of organic cognac, the principles of strict rejection of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides were observed at all stages of grape cultivation. In addition, the distillation and aging process eliminates the use of flavors and dyes.
