  1. We pick the parts or the list of things you need delivered. For pricing reference, use iponcomp.com — divide the prices there by 420 (even though the real HUF exchange rate might be different) to get a rough estimate in euros.
PC parts are usually cheaper than in Serbia. Cheap monitors and bulky stuff (like cases or large components) tend to cost about the same as on Ipon (based on the current HUF rate).
If something isn’t listed on Ipon, just ask — a lot of things can still be found elsewhere. We can bring anything, but if you're thinking about a fridge, washing machine, or other big items, check local Serbian prices first — those are often cheaper here.
  2. I’ll confirm current prices at the time of the order — they fluctuate a lot. Usually it’s cheaper than in Serbian stores, but there are rare cases when local shops offer good discounts.
  3. Once everything’s agreed, we meet, and you pay a minimum of 1/3 upfront — the more the better (less financial juggling for me).
  4. If we finalize the order before Tuesday noon, the delivery will usually arrive Thursday evening or Friday morning. If it's a PC build, I might need more time depending on my schedule, but that's something we can always talk through.
  5. Warranty goes through me. In case of any faulty parts, it’s either a refund or a replacement through Hungary — just like a regular store, it can take up to 60 days, but usually it's 3–4 weeks.
If there's a software issue (like the system not booting), I’ll come and fix it on-site.
    Important:

    – If we’re doing a full PC build and something turns out defective, I’ll try to get a replacement as soon as possible.
    – If you received the item sealed and opened it yourself, we’ll figure it out together — but in most cases, it still goes through the Hungarian warranty process.
  6. For used parts, if there are any, warranty is discussed separately — usually no more than a month.
