OrangeFox Recovery — Flashing Guide

Device: POCO X6 Pro / Redmi K70E (duchamp)

⚠️ Before flashing

Back up all important data.

Requirements:

Unlocked bootloader

PC with latest Android Platform Tools

Compatible firmware

OrangeFox vendor_boot.img

Check the support group for the current supported firmware/builds.

📱 Flashing

Boot into Fastboot:

adb reboot bootloader

Or power off and hold Power + Volume Down.

Check that the device is detected:

fastboot devices

Flash OrangeFox:

fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img

Then reboot directly to recovery:

fastboot reboot recovery

🔐 Decryption

If prompted, enter your current PIN/password/pattern.

After successful decryption, internal storage should be accessible normally.

⚠️ Important

Flash only to vendor_boot.

Do not flash this image to boot or other partitions.

Do not assume every HyperOS/firmware version is supported.

Do not format /data just because decryption fails.

🆘 Problems?

If recovery fails to boot or decryption doesn't work, do not panic or wipe data.
