Orange Flex. How to get a Polish SIM card before coming to Poland and a bonus of 30zł / 7€ + FREE INTERNET?

When moving, the question often arises - how to stay connected in Poland, get a SIM card and not pay for roaming? There is a very simple solution! You can get a SIM card while still in your home country. Immediately after the move you can use the Internet and make unlimited calls.

There are two ways to obtain a SIM card. The simplest one is eSIM. This is a virtual SIM card that can be loaded into the phone without visiting a Flex store. 

The second option is a bit more complicated - SIM. You need to register with the app and go through identification as described below. When you arrive in Poland, go to the nearest Orange Flex lounge and pick up a free SIM card. Scan the code on the SIM card using the Orange Flex app. As soon as you receive the card, you can insert it into your phone and start using communications.

Regardless of the option you choose - in any case, follow the steps below:

1. First, open your camera and scan this QR code. Download the application

The application has been downloaded. What's next?

2. Launch the application

3 Enter your email address and enter your password. Click "Create an account"

4. if there is no esim option, it is not a problem. Your phone does not support this technology. As soon as you arrive in Poland, go to the nearest Orange Flex store and simply ask for a free SIM card. Scan the code on the SIM card using the Orange Flex app. If all goes well - you can insert the SIM card into the phone and start using the connection. In any case, complete the registration!

5. Select a phone number and click Next.

6. Select any tariff plan and click Next.

7. Click "Next" to verify your identity.

8. Select "Document Photo"

9. Select "Passport"

10. Now you need to take a passport photo the way the app makes you antsy.

11. The next step is to take a selfie with the person whose passport you just sent for verification.

12. After taking the selfie, you will have to wait up to 10 minutes for your identity to be verified.

If the photo does not come out well, the operator may ask you to take a new photo. 

13. If you have scanned the QR code, the promo code will be entered automatically. Be sure to check its availability.

If you did not scan the QR code, enter it manually in the "Do you have a promo code?" field.

15. Enter your bank card number. Cards of Belarusian, Ukrainian and Polish banks are suitable. The card should have an amount at least slightly higher than the monthly cost of the tariff plan.

16 Click add tariff to your phone or go to a Flex showroom and pick up your free card immediately upon arrival. As soon as you receive it - scan the code on the SIM card using the app. If the scan is successful - insert the SIM card and start using it!
