Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for an Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, optimizing operations, supporting strategic decisions, and contributing to client and stakeholder management. The role also focuses on maintaining strong communication channels within the team and externally with clients.
Qualifications
* Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills
* Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating and improving workflows and processes
* Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise across teams and stakeholders
* Basic knowledge and understanding of Sales processes and strategies
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills
* Capability to work independently and deliver results in a remote work setting
* Experience in business development, international trade, or working within high-growth industries is a plus
