About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the trading, fintech, or proprietary trading industry to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and help scale the business.
This is not a traditional operations role. We're looking for someone who can work independently, make decisions, improve processes, coordinate multiple departments, and act as a key operational leader within the company. You'll work closely with senior management while taking full ownership of operational execution across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee daily business operations across multiple departments.
* Build, optimize, and document operational processes and SOPs.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including Customer Support, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Technology.
* Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
* Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
* Manage operational projects from planning to execution.
* Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
* Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and company growth.
* Monitor service quality and customer experience.
* Support product launches, promotions, and operational improvements.
* Drive accountability, ownership, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Requirements
* 4+ years of Operations Management experience.
* Previous experience in a proprietary trading firm, brokerage, CFD, forex, crypto exchange, fintech, or financial services company.
* Strong understanding of trading industry operations.
* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience creating and improving operational workflows.
* Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Nice to Have
* Experience working with global remote teams.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and customer operations.
* Understanding of compliance and KYC processes.
* Experience in scaling startups or high-growth companies.
* Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools.
