Remote Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher — US Construction Company ( Full-Time ) Company: EverCraft Home Improvement — licensed contracting company in Los Angeles, California (drywall, painting, stucco, interior/exterior remodeling) Location: Remote (must work US Pacific Time hours, Mon–Fri, approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT) Employment type: Full-time, independent contractor. About the role: We're looking for a reliable, organized, bilingual (Russian/English) coordinator to become the communication hub of our company. You'll be the first voice our clients hear and the person who keeps our crews and customers connected throughout every project. Responsibilities: Client communication (inbound leads): Answer incoming calls and messages from Yelp, Thumbtack, Google, and our website Qualify leads: verify what the client needs, where the property is located, and project scope Give a brief introduction about the company and our services For simple projects: provide a price quote right away using our pricing tool For complex projects: schedule an on-site estimate with the owner Crew coordination: Track crew locations and daily assignments Confirm crews arrive on-site and everything is in order Collect photo/video progress reports from crews during and upon completion of work Forward progress updates to customers to keep them informed Additional tasks: Assist with content creation: posting to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Help with small administrative tasks as needed Requirements Fluent Russian (native or near-native) Strong spoken English — you will be speaking with American homeowners by phone daily; clear, confident phone communication is essential Availability during US Pacific Time business hours (this is non-negotiable) Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, quality headset Organized, responsive, and able to handle multiple conversations at once Experience in construction, dispatching, customer service, or as a virtual assistant is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and social media is a plus What we offer Stable full-time position with a growing US company Competitive monthly salary (based on experience and English level) Training on our tools and pricing system Long-term growth opportunity as the company expands </d
