Role Description The Operations Analyst role at BOOST Pet Food is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting efficient and scalable business operations. In this role, the Operations Analyst reviews and analyzes operational data, identifies trends, and prepares reports to drive process improvements across supply chain, logistics, and customer experience. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, reconciling operational and financial records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows. The Operations Analyst also assists with forecasting, budgeting support, and cost analysis, while helping resolve operational issues that impact customer satisfaction. This position works closely with management to recommend solutions, document procedures, and ensure consistent, data-driven decision-making.

* A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or a related discipline is beneficial.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting is beneficial.
