You will bring your existing capability across marketing activities, candidate engagement, and day to day operations, working inside established systems built to support your professional growth and your results. This is not employment, and it is not a client-service or consulting arrangement. It suits people who are confident working independently, who value clear structure and strong mentoring, and who are genuinely motivated by personal and professional development.
We work with people by invitation, following a review of applications. We are selective, and we look for professionals who bring both real experience and genuine intent.

What you will be doing
•    Running defined marketing and engagement workflows using established systems and scalable tools
•    Holding structured qualification conversations with prospective candidates by phone or video
•    Guiding people through a consistent onboarding and development process
•    Taking part in ongoing training, collaboration, and strategy sessions
•    Working independently within a clear framework, with mentoring and support always available
•    Commitment to your own personal growth and development.
About you
•    7 or more years of professional experience in Executive Assistant, HR, Operations, Office Management, Project Coordination, or a similar field
•    Strong communication skills and a real ability to build professional relationships
•    Comfortable and self-managed working in a remote environment
•    Committed to ongoing personal and professional growth
•    Able to commit a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week, consistently
