is a voice-tech startup, Berkeley SkyDeck member, founded in 2021 by MIPT and HSE graduates. Our mission is to help people from different cultures communicate better. To achieve this InTone is building an AI-powered voice platform that neutralizes accents in the English language in real-time focusing on customers from Asia.

We have a team of 9 professionals, who joined us after Yandex, Lamoda, Tinkoff, and Microsoft, working remotely from different countries.

We are looking for an Operations & Business Manager, who will lead our operations. In this role you will closely work with the CEO, COO, and Head of BizDev and will be responsible for

1️⃣ the company back office (employment, stock, taxes, etc.) and

3️⃣ business back office (reports, invoices, briefs, presentations, setting up tools, etc.)

2️⃣ sales operations (SalesOps) (analytics and reports, etc.)

❗ It is required to be outside of Russia (or be ready to move within 30 days

What will we expect from you to lead?

• Company back officeStructure existing information about employees and payment scheme
• Enhance employment and payment scheme if needed (new tools, new legal relationships)
• Prepare financial reports
• Work with team to have important corporate signed (stock program, offers, NDAs, etc.)
• Support, choose and implement new tools to increase team productivity
• Manage collaboration with external partners (freelancers, consultants, designers, etc)
• Business back officePrepare documents for customers (NDA, invoices, Letters of Intent, etc.)
• Prepare documents for business partners (NDA, invoices, etc.)
• Preparing briefs for important meetings and conferences
• Assist in research (market, customers, partners, etc.)
• Sales operationsAssist in launching email outreaching campaigns
• Conduct analytics of sales process and metrics
• Control that existing external sales documents are updated
• Control that existing marketing materials are up-to-date

<aside> ❗ We don’t expect that you are an expert in legal aspects of hiring or taxes - we have experts, who can consult us or prepare taxes report.

We expect, that you will be able to achieve results with help of experts.

This role will suit you if:

• You have 1-2 years of working experience in an international company in such areas as processes development, operations, sales, and business development
• You are data-driven and amazing at optimizing processes and planning
• You have analytical and systemic thinking, attentive to details and deadlines
• You have good communication skills, you are fluent in spoken and written English (B2+)
• You are comfortable working in an agile environment with a lot of unknown
• You are a fast learner and get joy from helping other people
