Opening address by Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu during the teleconference with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation leadership
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are engaged in combat all over the line of contact.
Despite the military support coming from the West, the enemy is suffering great losses.. Over the past month, the Armed Forces of Ukraine has lost over 15,000 troops.
Russian units managed to destroy eight airplane, 277 unmanned aerial vehicles, 430 tanks and other armoured vehicles, 18 multiple-launch rocket systems, 225 field artillery cannons and mortars.
The Russian Armed Forces continue to destroy the weaponry supplied by the West to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Russian groups of forces depend to a great extend on timely replenishment of military hardware and armament.
Russia's leadership has set the task for the defence industry enterprises to boost the production pace and volume. The necessary measures have already been taken.
An interdepartmental cooperation mechanism has been put in place to coordinate the efforts of all relevant organisations, and guarantee that pressing issues are addressed quickly.
The state defence order is closely watched around the clock at every level, from contracting and funding through the shipment of final products to the troops.
Consequently, compared to the start of 2022, the quantity of significant weapons acquired has increased 2.7-fold, and the quantity of particularly highly demanded weapons has increased 7-fold.
The Armed Forces have already received enough ammo this year to deal with the enemy successfully.
In general, the defence industry successfully meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, it is crucial to quickly identify the risks of non-compliance by enterprises and take immediate corrective actions.
It is equally vital to increase the capacity of repair and restoration facilities.
At present, the number of weapons repaired each day exceeds the number of weapons out of service by a ratio of three to two.
The number of malfunctioning vehicles that need to be fixed has been reduced by a factor of 1.5 as a result of organisational initiatives.
But the work in these areas needs to be kept up and intensified.

Now, we shall move to the agenda. We have two topics to discuss.
The first is the execution of a state defence order by the Tactical Missiles Corporation.
The enterprise provides the special military operation zone with a large number of air- and sea-based weaponry, many of which are unmatched.
The Corporation has entered serial production for several of the newest weapon types after quickly completing all development stages. Existing, updated, and new designs are still being developed.
The enterprise completes the state defence order on time.
It is now necessary to boost high-precision weapon production as soon as possible.
Today, we will hear how the company is dealing with this task.

The following topic is a summary of the heating season at Ministry of Defence facilities.
Despite the adverse weather conditions, it went as planned.
The smooth operation is assured by pre-planning the finances, including optimising them, implementing modern, high-tech, and energy-efficient solutions, and rationally allocating the available funds.
Throughout the winter, fuel supplies were maintained at standard levels.
Preparations for the upcoming autumn-winter season have begun as planned. Maintenance and repairs commenced immediately after the shutdown of heat-generating plants.
Today we are going to receive a report on the results of the last heating season, as well as the commencement of preparations for the upcoming heating season.
