OpenWeek has come to an end. From this point forward, the website should operate as reliably as it did before the event. If you continue to experience connection issues after this announcement, please try using a VPN or other routing solutions. Server load has returned to normal, so any remaining access problems are likely caused by external factors beyond our control.

OpenWeek statistics:

New users registered: 6,200

Performance benchmarks completed: 6,000

Unique user benchmarks: 3,350

Opening up a paid application to everyone, completely free and without restrictions, turned out to be successful — but only halfway.

We had two goals:

1) Give as many people as possible access to our application so they could try it for free and see for themselves that it's worth using.

2) Collect a massive number of benchmark reports and bug reports to quickly identify and fix issues in the new Optimization tab.

While the second goal was achieved completely, the first one was not.

The load turned out to be much higher than we anticipated, and even the highest hosting plan available to us couldn't handle the influx of users. It's safe to say that we won't be opening the doors this wide again. RustTweaker is a paid product, and this week clearly demonstrated why.

We would like to apologize to everyone who was unable to fully use the application during the event. We hope you'll still consider supporting the project with a subscription and experience the program the way it was intended to work — without lag, outages, or interruptions.

For users who already had an active subscription before the event began, we will be adding an extra 14 days to your subscription within the next 24 hours as compensation for the inconvenience.

This stressful situation helped us identify several areas where we need to improve. Our focus now will be on addressing the issues that surfaced during the event and strengthening our server infrastructure alongside continued development of the application's features.
