My Onlyfans application has been rejected for 4th time. Before this, I got rejected 3 times. So, I decided to delete everything and started again but still got rejected!
The given reason is that they need social media verification: “ - Verification by additional social media is required at this time; you may complete this step by linking your Twitter account or by allowing access for verification to another social media platform such as Instagram or Facebook”.
I kept getting the same rejection despite the fact I have linked my Instagram and my Twitter to the account. I have linked my phone number, too.
I did a very clear selfie with my passport and clear passport photo. What I don’t have is non-expired ID. We just don’t have it here where I live.

Me and my partner are anonymous, but we gave them our personal IG accounts and drivers licenses to verify. They don't share that info and it isn't public, it's just used for the verification process by the company to make sure you aren't underage, and you are who you say you are. We got rejected a few times since we have a joint account and we were having issues uploading all the info, so I just contacted their customer service team and they walked me through what we needed to do to get approval.

I got rejected three times and it was really annoying me so I asked them. You need to link a page that shows your face (I chose my Facebook but it shows up under your bio, you need to wait until your approved and then you can delete it no problem).

This is something I'm curious of... I have a mastercard and a visa that I use constantly, all over the internet. But they don't work on OnlyFans.com . OF seems to require an extremely convoluted verification process that doesn't work. First it wants to make a small charge and then verify the amount...Ok fine. But that doesn't work. It still gets rejected. I contacted customer service and they told me I have to call my banks and specifically request my card be allowed to work on their website (which is fucking annoying because OF is a goddamn porn site. I don't wanna talk to my bank rep about that!!). They also have other kinds of weird intrusive "verification" technology including something that takes pictures of you which I'm not going to try for obvious privacy reasons.
But here's the thing...WHY??? Why is it such a hassle to give this company my money when I can use my credit cards on hundreds of other websites with ease just by entering my details and the CVC (card verification code)? When customers WANT to give your business money and you make it impossible or extremely difficult for them to do so, that seems like a pretty big problem with your business model. They must be losing millions a year in lost revenue. I don't get it.
I can make a strong educated guess--so bear with me. When I was much younger, I worked as a consultant to a larger company that did web design and interfaced with a third-party company who processed payments for adult sites/gore sites/shock sites..etc. You might remember "CCBill." That company had a HIGH amount of fraud and charge-back volume. The reason being was that people often feel guilty/bad about their purchase and then woiuld try to reverse it; claiming fraud (usually wasn't fraud..but ..) They also experienced a lot of people using stolen credit card information and/or fake bank account info (back when ccbill took checks) from people who didn't want to pay for the content or were minors but still wanted to access it. Catch my drift? Modern adult content sites have these ridiculous security protocols in an ATTEMPT to try and provide evidence that the charges aren't fraudulent--which is most likely why you're experiencing these issues.

Nope, different banks. One a small local credit union, the other a large national bank. One visa, the other mastercard. Same result.
I use my Citibank visa and my Amex card. No issues whatsoever.

I have had issues forever with OF. The first time I ever tried OF I was able to subscribe to a couple subscriptions. But then all of a sudden that same card I used initially was now blocked. Since then none of my cards I have tried ever work, I have VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX and not one of them will work. And anytime I try and contact support I get told the same thing as everyone else......its not our [OF] fault....ots with your bank. It really sucks....I wish that there were a solution.
