We are currently hiring:
Online English Instructor
Compensation
* CAD $22–28 per hour
* Paid in USDC
* Starting rate determined based on qualifications and interview performance
* Performance-based growth opportunities available
Schedule
* Morning and evening hours based on Korea Standard Time (KST)
* All classes are conducted online with students based in Korea
* Schedule will be discussed based on instructor availability
* Consistency and communication are highly important
Expected Workload
* Approximately 5–20 teaching hours per week depending on availability
* Consistent recurring students
* Opportunity for additional hours as the company grows

Requirements
* Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
* Experience teaching English preferred

About Us
RealSpeaking is a Korea-based online English education company focused on real communication, cultural understanding, and long-term student growth.
We are building a collaborative teaching system where instructors work together to support students through shared communication, continuity, and long-term progress tracking.
Our students are primarily Korean adults and professionals seeking to improve their real-world communication skills, speaking confidence, and conversational fluency.
Unlike traditional one-on-one tutoring, our instructors collaborate as a team to support each student’s learning journey.
About the Role
This is not a typical tutoring position.
Unlike traditional tutoring roles, instructors collaborate with a small teaching team to provide continuity and long-term support for students.
You will:
* Teach 25-minute online English lessons
* Work with the same students consistently
* Collaborate with 1–2 instructors supporting the same student
* Follow and contribute to a shared teaching and progress-tracking system
* Communicate with the team regarding student progress and lesson continuity
* Work within a collaborative and growing education environment
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct engaging and structured English lessons
* Build strong long-term rapport with students
* Maintain lesson notes and student progress records
* Communicate consistently with instructors and the operations team
* Support continuity between lessons and instructors
* Adapt to evolving systems and workflows as the company grows
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
* Experience in online teaching
* Experience in classroom or in-person teaching
* Experience working with adult learners
* Experience working with international students
* Experience working in collaborative or team-based environments
* Familiarity with Korean culture is a plus but not required
Teaching Environment
* Online teaching via Microsoft Teams
* Shared lesson tracking and collaborative communication system
* Team-based support structure with instructors and operations management
* Long-term student continuity and shared context between instructors
