Onion bread



4 eggs

salt to taste

1 tablespoon of fresh parsley

1 tablespoon of dehydrated leeks

White pepper to taste

1 chopped onion

12 tablespoons of oat bran

4 tablespoons of powdered milk

½ tablespoon of baking powder

2 tablespoons of grated cheese

Preparation mode

In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them with a fork.

Season with salt, parsley, dehydrated leeks, white pepper and mix well.

Add the chopped onion and mix some more.

Add the oat bran, powdered milk and stir until you get a smooth mixture.

Add the yeast and stir just to incorporate.

Pour mixture into a greased bread pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200º degrees for about 20 minutes or until set on top.

Remove the bread from the oven, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and return to the oven.

Bake for another 35 to 40 minutes and it's ready
