Uninstall

-Any launcher module related like QuickSwitch

Installation [TWRP] - In CustomRecovery

-Uninstall any other launcher, keep only default launcher

-Go to recovery

-Mount system and vendor

-Flash [TWRP] version zip

-Reboot

Go to settings, search for default home and set OnePlus Launcher as default launcher.
