Failures-Flops-Turn Offs-Disappointments
With all of the great, true stories on here that almost always start and finish on a high note, I thought it would be fun to start a thread for real stories that are about when things didn’t quite go how you had hoped (as the thread title suggests). These are the stories that at the time they happened were a let-down, but now can be shared as funny, a learning experience, or both. Or just total fails.
I’ll get things going-
I was nearing 30, and had worked with this woman for about 3 years. We worked on different floors of the same office building. We didn’t see each other every day, but we had a good, flirty-type relationship going. She was my age, married, and had one child (who was about a year old at the time of this story).
